Υπαρχουν σε πολυ μικρη αποσταση πολυ ωραια εστιατορια, ψαροταβερνες, καφε- μπαρ. Πολυ κοντα στην πολυκατοικια, υπαρχει σουπερ μαρκετ και οργανωμενη αγορα μαγαζιων. Η αποσταση απο την κεντρικη αγορα ειναι περιπου 500 μετρα και απο το ενετικο λιμανι, περιπου 800 μετρα.
