Apartment with a dream view of the Karawanken, in fine weather all the way to Slovenia. Newly renovated bathroom with underfloor heating for cozy warmth, in the kitchen fine wood stove for heating. In the middle of the Gurktal in a small village with some hiking and biking routes nearby. Within 10 minutes there is the shopping town of Feldkirchen with many possibilities. Within a very short time you can get to various lakes such as Wörthersee, Ossiacher See and Goggausee.

The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.

the women's room is very special, a place to arrive and easy to be. The surroundings are so beautiful and quiet, a direct view of the mountains, Lake Wörthersee and a cow pasture. You feel right at home in the room and I enjoyed spending time in this little heaven on earth. Ingrid is an incredibly warm, caring and open person. I really felt completely cared for. My personal highlight: a warm outdoor shower overlooking mountains, lake and cows! Gorgeous. and my recommendation for hot days: the three lakes hiking route is just the right thing to do. Will definitely be back again!

Really nice place to access the lake district. The house is beautifull with an epic terrace with view on the valley (not on the lake). Easy access to several trekkings all around. Velden is a very nice little village too, shame about Villach wich is a completely dead city - nothing to do at all.. except for the Spa.

A private terrace features two round, black wicker chairs with soft cushions, positioned beside a small table. The view includes trees and distant mountains, with sunlight casting shadows on the surface. The railing offers an unobstructed perspective of the surrounding area.

Our little family had an absolutely wonderful stay at Christian and Dagmar's place! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such warmth and hospitality that we immediately felt at home. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, providing us with a crib, a high chair and even a wooden toy for our baby! Their thoughtful touches made all the difference. Their cozy apartment had all we needed and was a great starting place for our daily trips to explore the area. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I am so grateful to Christian and Dagmar for making our first family summer vacation truly special. I highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a welcoming and memorable experience. Thank you again!
