La maison est vraiment très agréable, nous étions en vacances en famille avec des enfants et nous avons apprécié l’accès direct à la plage et le côté piscine. Le jardin est très grand. On a vraiment ravie de notre séjour

Wir (Paar mit Kind 4J.) waren eine Woche bei Alia zu Gast und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Das Appartement ist hübsch, stilvoll eingerichtet und liegt ruhig am Meer. Naila (Alias Mutter) wohnt im selben Haus, hat uns oft weitergeholfen und super Tipps zu allem Möglichen gegeben. Sehr empfehlenswert.

I liked my stay at Sabrines apartment very much. It was clean and very comfortable. I looooved the amazing sea view 😍 from the living room and the sleeping room. I would book it again if it comes to that. Thanks also an Adnen with whom I communicated for check in.

We constantly travel and have stayed in many airbnb's, and we give honest reviews. It is rare to find an airbnb that is actually bigger than the photos advertising, This apartment is amazing, it is big, clean, smart, comfortable, private and secure. A peaceful neighbourhood as long as you do not mind kids playing football for an hour a day, and they are the most polite and adorable kids. The furniture is good, there are tv's in the lounge and both bedrooms (smart tv in lounge). I work online and the internet was fast and in 6 weeks never glitched. The kitchen is excellent and the oven and grill is the best we have ever used! Great aircon, a lovely courtyard to have coffee or meals in. Shops nearby and a 1p minute walk to the beach. We would highly reccomend this apartment and would love to go back. Thanks Jihed!

Bonjour, Notre séjour de 3 nuits dans la villa de Skander a été impeccable. L’arrivée s’est effectuée de manière autonome, La villa était propre, paisible et dotée d’une piscine privée qui rend le séjour exceptionnel. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’endroit et l’hôte qui était réactif et très accueillant. Je recommande ce logement qui est très bien placé entre Hammamet Nord et Hammamet Sud. Merci beaucoup.

We had a fantastic stay! Sidi bou said was an amazing town to stay in and there was lots to do, and it was also very easy to travel to the Tunis centre and La Marsa for days out. The house was lovely, it felt even bigger than the pictures and we loved the space and vibes. Slim was always responsive and checked up on us during our trip to make sure everything was okay. I have absolutely no complaints. Thank you for a great trip!

Chouette appartement, il ne manque rien, bien contente de pas être allé à l’hôtel , immeuble sécurisé ! Juste en bas bar, super marché, un restau ou on mange pour peu et les quantités incroyable ainsi que la qualité ! Pour nous le meilleur qu’on est pu faire ! Ayant fais beaucoup de ville. Nabeul est une grande ville; on s’y sent comme chez nous. Pour finir la maman de Fatima est adorable, ainsi que la gardien. Fatima est réceptive rapidement en message. Je recommande les yeux ferme et si je suis de passage à Nabeul ça sera sans hésiter que je retournerai dans ce Airbnb !

Lovely spacious and very modern apartment, I had a lovely stay here for two weeks with my husband and two children . Close to beach , shops and restaurants . Lyed is a great host and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. He was very helpful and always responded to messages Thank you for everything Lyed to you and your family ! I had a very pleasant stay at Hana’s apartment for four nights. The space is modern, beautifully furnished with great taste, and very comfortable — it truly felt like a home away from home. The location is excellent, just a few minutes’ walk from the sea, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Hana’s mother was also very welcoming and sweet, which added a lovely personal touch to the experience. Thank you, Hana, for your warm hospitality and for making my journey smooth and enjoyable!

Appartement was netjes. Badkamer iets verouderd. Host was steeds bereikbaar wat heel goed gevoel gaf. Spijtig dat de slaapkamer 2 aparte bedden had. Het belangrijkste was in elk geval dat alles netjes was en host steeds bereikbaar . Door de periode was er een min prijs voorzien wat goed meegenomen is. Anderzijds verblijf ik heel regelmatig in de omliggende straten en voor de normale prijs moet ik wel vaststellen dat deze aan een hoge prijs zit qua ruimte van het appartement. Ik was in elk geval blij en voor dezelfde prijs zou ik het ten zeerste aanraden. Nogmaals bedankt aan de host voor de hulp bij het inchecken en het geduld.

Mehdi's an awesome host, and a great person! Super friendly, always eager to help in any way that he can. However, I didn't need anything because everything was provided. The apartment is perfect. Really beautiful, everything works, lots of light and the balcony facing the sea is exceptional. The beach, which is peaceful, clean and serene, is about a 6 minute walk from the apartment. Easy to get to, and a great place to swim. Many great coffee shops and restaurants in all directions within 5 to 10 minutes from the apartment. You can walk to anywhere you would want to go. I highly recommend this beautiful place. Thanks, Mehdi, and thanks to your wonderful father.

Trés belle appart gérer par un hote yosri trés sérieux et à l'écoute emplacement parfait proche de tous commerce trés calme et sécuriser. Je repaserait et recommande vivement.

Parfaitement situé au cœur du charmant village de Sidi Bou Saïd, ce logement occupe le premier étage d'une maison traditionnelle. Il est joliment décoré, très bien équipé et offre tout le confort nécessaire. La grande terrasse privative offre une vue imprenable sur toute la baie – un véritable atout. Olfa, l'hôte, est chaleureuse et de bon conseil pour découvrir les meilleures adresses locales. Nous recommandons ce lieu sans hésitation.

I had a great stay at this apartment! The place was exactly as described—clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location was perfect. The host Ghassen was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. I really appreciated the small touches like fresh towels, coffee, and fast Wi-Fi. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Malek was extremely proactive and great in communicating. From providing clear checkin instructions, to providing local recommendations and lastly being flexible in check-out timings. The place itself is amazing and has all the amenities you can need and is very secure/ new. It was absolutely amazing from all perspectives!
