Welcome to our newly built cottage in a quiet location with lovely sea views. The cottage is located 100 meters from the sea where there is a swimming area and a cozy beach promenade. On the cottage's roof terrace, you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets over Kalmarsund. To Mörbylånga C with restaurants, cafés and grocery store, it is about 800 meters. Outdoor gym, paddle tennis court and a popular playground are within 1 km. In Mörbylånga C, there is also bike rental. On southern Öland, nature is in focus with, among other things, Alvaret and the cultivated landscape.

The cottage is 26 m2 with a sleeping loft of 10 m2, surrounded by a beautiful garden, built with different rooms separated by trellised pear trees and full of other fruit trees, vegetables and flowers. Vickleby is located in the World Heritage Site of Southern Öland's Agricultural Landscape, on the edge of Stora Alvaret, with its unique flora and two km away from the sea with swimming or windsurfing at Haga Park, or bird watching at Beijershamn. Five minutes walk to Capellagården.

Farmhouse with a larger private patio. Equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and sandbox. Well fenced. The cottage contains three bedrooms, two of which have two single beds and one has a single bed, living room with sofa bed and satellite TV. The kitchen is well equipped and has a dining area for at least six people. Fresh bathroom. Wifi is available throughout the cottage. Cot and high chair are also available. The cottage is close to nature with walking distance to Mörbylånga center and swimming areas. Bicycles are available to borrow.

Vickleby belongs to Unesco World Heritage Site. The well-preserved and picturesque village street is an attraction and is considered one of the finest on Öland. Designer Carl Malmsten founded his school Capellagården in Vickley with artistic focus. The resort is open to visitors and one of Öland's most visited tourist destinations. This in not an ordinary place to stay. You live just by the ocean in the middle of nature and bird life. Beautiful settings and surroundings. Secluded get away ideal for couples. The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There are garden furnitures by the cottage. Free parking for car or caravan. Must be experienced!
