De villa is met zorg ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien en staat op een complex met 10 andere villa’s. Villa Kari ligt onderaan dit complex en heeft een adembenemend uitzicht over de vallei. Vanuit de villa stapt u zo de olijfgaarden in. Hier komt u helemaal tot rust en kunt u genieten van de prachtige omgeving en in de avond van de sterrenhemel.

Villa Bougainvillea is an old stone house that was build in early 19th century and was renovated recently. It is 10 minutes away from the famous beaches of Matala, Kommos,Agiofarago, Kalamaki, Kokkinos Pyrgos and Kaloi Limenes. Because it’s in the south part of Crete, even in the windy days you can find a beach that’s calm enough for swimming. The Minoan palace of Faistos, the archeological site of Gortyna, the cave-graves of Matala are also only 10 minutes away.

Skinaria-Venus Hill Guesthouse

A beautiful guesthouse for two people, within walking distance to one of the most beautiful beaches on the south coast of Crete. This guesthouse consists of two floors connected by a beautiful wooden spiral staircase. The ground floor has a nice living room with a fully equipped kitchen, kitchen bar, sofa (able to be converted into a full double bed), and a dining table. The upper floor has a large bamboo bed (1.60m), balcony, and bathroom.

Ο χώρος που διαθέτω είναι ένα οικογενειακό σπίτι διακοπών , αυτή ήταν άλλωστε και η χρήση του. Διαθέτει μεγάλη βεράντα και μεγάλο κήπο με πολύ πράσινο και δέντρα. Ιδανικό για όσους αναζητούν ξεκούραση και ηρεμία στις διακοπές τους μέσα στη φύση και μόλις 40 μέτρα από τη θάλασσα. Αποτελείται από δύο υπνοδωμάτια, κουζίνα και λουτρό. Πολύ κοντά υπάρχει και ταβέρνα με πολύ καλή κουζίνα και φρέσκο ψάρι.

Ο χώρος μου βρισκεται στην ακρη των Ακουμιων,στο νοτιο Ρεθυμνο.Ειναι μια πετροχτιστη διπλοκατοικια με πανοραμικη θεα στον Κεδρο,τη κοιλαδα και τα χωρια του.Ο πανω και ο κατω χωρος επικοινωνουν με εσωτερικη σκαλα αλλα και αυτονομουνται απολυτα με το δικο τους μπανιο,κουζινα και ξεχωριστη εισοδο εχοντας προσβαση στο κηπο τη βεραντα και το παρκινγκ.
