Sea front beach house with a private pool

Our beach cottage is literally right on the sand, 20 metres from the sea. It is an airy, open-plan home with beautiful ocean views and an attractive garden and pool area. There is a large, covered wooden deck on the beach side. It is modern and light-filled, making it a wonderful year-round destination. The master bedroom with en-suite bathroom has a large sliding door that opens up onto the deck so you can enjoy the view from under your duvet! We are fully solar powered with inverter back up 🌞

My home is a comfortable, informal and stylish space. The interior of the home has bagged brickwork contrasted with smooth white screeded floors giving it a chic coastal touch. The house is in the quiet suburb of Myburgh Park and is very close to the Yacht Club and North Gate of the Nature Reserve as well as Shark Bay ⛱️ beach. It is a 5 minute drive to the local shops, beach and restaurant area and about 8kms to the Laguna Mall (Woolworths etc) and Mykonos Casino and restaurant area.

Beautiful walks, Fun for kid's at the Mashie. Two minute's to the Famous Langebaan Lagoon, hiring of kayaks available and where there's an endless amount of restaurants and more fun for kids at Sunny Park, water park. Five minutes to the beautiful Golf course and five minutes to Club Mykonos Resort and Casino.
