The house is on the Black Sea , literally go beyond the territory and descend the stairs (10 steps ) . Behind her is a sandy big beach !! The city center is 25 minutes away (in the evening you can freely drive in 10 minutes). Neighbors are only available on weekends , but their windows do not overlook the territory of the house and the surrounding area!!
