A cozy apartment in the most comfortable area. Opposite the beautiful Pobedy Park, the park has a lake, recreation areas and cozy cafes. The sea is 10 minutes away on foot. Convenient transport junction. 5 minutes' drive to the Arcadia district, where nightclubs, restaurants, shops, beaches, Hawaii water park are concentrated. Easy to get to the historic city center or the train station. There are grocery stores and a mini-bazaar near the house, you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables.

Наша уютная квартирка расположена в самом центре Одессы в нескольких минутах от Дерибасовской в тихом дворике старой Одессы. Хорошо освещённая улица с множеством зелёных деревьев и кафе, где можно посидеть попить кофе и подышать свежим воздухом. В самой квартире есть всё необходимое для комфортного и гармоничного отдыха. Это двухэтажная квартира- на первом этаже кухня-студия с раскладывающимся диваном и огромная ванная комната; на втором этаже просторная спальня с большим окном.

A comfortable apartment in a new building, after major repairs. Closed, guarded courtyard. There is parking, paid and free. Restaurants, supermarkets, as well as public transport stops are within a walking distance. The nearest beaches are: Morskaya Zhemchuzhina in Kryzhanovka, Zanzibar in Fontanka, Molodaya Gvardiya, Luzanovka, Pavlov House. Beaches are 15-20 minutes away.
