The apartment is so close to the water that you don't have to put on your shoes to get to the beach. It is located in the Tamani compound and is behind four beach houses but has easy access to the pool and the beach. There is currently construction in the compound next to ours and the noise levels are erratic. The Sails Seafood Restaurant is next door. Access to other restaurants and shops are within a short tuk tuk ride. Fishermen visit daily with fresh fish that the chef will cook for you.

Welcome to Novaa, the twin sister of Aziza. The two identical villa's were opened in 2024 on a intimate but lavish and forestry estate with a smooth blend of Swahili- and arabesque styles. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly and above all private place. The compound exists of two villa's. Aziza, Novaa and main-house Sandonna. The villas each have their own personal terrace with plunge pool. The cushy estate is centred by a large swimming pool which can be used by our guest.

We are located shortly after Almanara luxury resort in the compound named Tamani. We are surrounded by beautiful trees and lots of nature. The villa offers a big private pool as private garden. In the compound there is another shared pool on the beach. In the price a chef and daily cleaning are included. Karibu !

Delphine and Carl’s place is a beautiful and peaceful spot close to a lot of great restaurants and less than 5 mins walk to a gorgeous beach. Chef John, Jacintha, and Paul — the staff — made our stay very comfortable. The property is in a compound with many other houses, most of which are still under construction. As such, it was quiet and we didn’t see many others. It was nice to be away from the party scene of Diani and will be even more amazing once the rest of the compound is complete! Loved the breakfasts by John, the private plunge pool, and lovely bath products!

Where do I begin?One word,DORCAS.If you do not remember anything else about the house,remember that name.Dave you do have a real gem.Right from the bat she was super helpful with even helping us get a chef even if it was short notice.I highly recommend booking the chef earlier especially if you are headed there during summer. We had such an amazing time.Nice,quiet and romantic.Luckily we had the place to ourselves which made it even more special. Monkeys,yes so best to leave your windows and sliding doors closed.The place is conveniently close to the road right opposite simba+Oryx and very close proximity to the public beach.Soul breeze,Lala galu and lantana are really close by too. It was also very easy for my friends to locate the place.We had such a beautiful holiday.

My family and I booked last minute to stay at Boris's house and I must say they made the last minute rush possible. Amy who is Boris's co-host was extremely responsive and facilitated pick up from sgr and recommended a chef who was remarkable and prepares wonderful, finger licking meals. All issues raised were addressed immediately and I couldn't be more grateful to them for being such gracious hosts. Would absolutely visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at Kate’s Cottage! The property was absolutely beautiful, just like the photos, if not better in person. Irene, Renson, and Hasina, the staff at the cottage, were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The cottage offered a great level of privacy, which was especially appreciated by us as a Muslim family. It felt peaceful, safe, and secluded in the best way. While the beach is about a 20 minute walk away, tuk-tuks are readily available and made getting there quick and easy. This was only a very minor consideration in what was otherwise a fantastic stay. Overall, we highly recommend this place, especially for the value it offers. We would definitely love to come back!

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an amazing experience at this hotel and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the team was always friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed — including a super comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, and a stunning view. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I will definitely be coming back!
