We always enjoy starting at these condos. Close access to the beach. Not over crowed. The condo was spacious for our group. Randy was very accommodating and answered any question we had quickly. The space was clean. Had lots of family games to play. Pool and sauna access was great addition. Overall I would come back here 100%

This is the beach condo you’re looking for! So spacious, so many essentials plus more, right on the beach. Two balconies! If you’re looking in this area you don’t need to look further. We loved taking the kids and being right on the beach and having everything we needed!

We all had a wonderful time from our 26 year olds to my 82 year old mom. The house was so comfortable and peaceful we had a very relaxing week. The house was exactly as described and our hosts were extremely responsive throughout our stay.

I loved it! Great location, perfect amount of beds, fully stocked kitchen, beach accessories, and allowed pets. The only thing I would say that could’ve been better is the price - pretty steep for just two days after you account for all of the fees.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! The place was comfortable and conveniently located within walking distance to the beach. We especially loved the small view of the beach from the master bedroom. We would definitely consider returning to this spot in the future!

The condo was great, great reserved parking spot right in front of condo. Super close to pool and hot tub which were lovely. Didn't get the motivation to hit the gym unfortunately. Very close to the beach. Only down side were all the stickers everywhere in the grassy areas. Our dogs were scared to step into grass after several walks. Nothing the host could do, just the region.

This place was so clean we really enjoyed our time here and very clean ..very comfortable beds felt like I was at home . Close to everything. Thank you for opening your home up to us .. I would definitely come back again . Felt very safe …

This place was actually roomier than appeared in the photos but accurate description and pictures. It was quiet and comfy. Would stay here again.

Very responsive when we couldn’t figure out the tv, the unit was clean and tidy. Three grumpy teen girls enjoyed the privacy of having their own room with comfortable beds. The location was perfect for all the activities we had planned for this trip, from walking the short distance to the beach at night for crab hunting, to finding a place to eat in the evening after a long day at the beach. We overalll really enjoyed our stay!

Me and my family had an amazing time at this air bnb for my birthday. It was very cozy and the views were absolutely beautiful. Very peaceful to wake up early in the morning and watch the sunrise.

This is my favorite place stay in Rockport! The location & view are fabulous. Has everything you need for your to stay, especially if enjoy to cooking.

My family of five had a wonderfully restful week of swimming, fishing, kayaking and grilling in the open air while toasting the beautiful bay just feet away, colorful sunsets above and our border collie chasing her frisbee to exhaustion. Heaven!

Mike was a great host. Very flexible and friendly. We were lucky enough to stay an extra night and Mike accommodated to us. The place was lovely and had everything we forgot at home. Very close to the beach. 10/10 would recommend.

Came for a weekend of fishing. Matt & Melanie's place was perfect. Our dog, Leo, loved it as much as we did. Felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Our boat fit perfectly in the driveway. Very quiet location. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you, M & M for having such a nice place & offering it up to others!

Beautiful home with 5 minute walk to the beach. A 1-2 minute drive to the beach. The home had everything you need for a beach weekend. Grill, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys for kids, Home was spacious and kitchen had everything you need to cook.

Wonderful stay - highly recommend this coastal getaway; we felt right at home. The boat lift/dock was incredibly convenient and we enjoyed the deck in the evenings. Our family will definitely be back!

Jessa's home is centrally located to the town and just steps from the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and hearing the waves of the ocean.

This was an amazing place to stay. It was the perfect size. Had plenty of bathrooms for a large group. Hosts were super responsive and friendly. They gave local restaurant recommendations which was awesome. Highly recommend staying here. We will be staying here again.

this place was amazing! we stayed with 2 adults and 2 young children (11 mo and 3) and felt extremely comfortable the entire time! the location is great for beach access and restaurants. Lucy was kind and responsive. we had an amazing time and will be back!

We had a great stay. The location was great for the kids with easy beach access and close to the jetties and pier makes a great fishing trip as well

Susan, was a great host! She gave explicit details and the location was wonderful for our family little get away. The beach is walking distance and the pool was nice to relax and grill while we enjoyed family time. I highly recommend the location if you want to spend some good quality time with family. Looking forward to staying there again.

We had a great stay! The condo had a gorgeous view of North Beach, which we enjoyed every day as we sat on the balcony. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was super comfy! John is a great host, actually one of the best we have ever had. He was so friendly and very communicative about any questions we had. He made sure all our needs were met. We will definitely be staying here again.
