Great place to stay for the price, hot tub was amazing and having the Blackstone and grill made it even better. It’s secluded enough to get away from the city but still only a 10 min drive to downtown Whitehall. Can’t recommend it enough, would definitely stay there again

A great house!

We had a wonderful getaway at Maggie’s place. We loved everything from the decor to the stocked kitchen and the gorgeous yard. You can tell that Maggie pays close attention to details- anticipating everything that guests may need. The hot tub on the screened-in porch was absolutely perfect. Everyone in our group slept great in the comfy beds. Plenty of linens, sound machines, ceiling fans, and heat and AC. We lucked out with perfect weather so we were able to sleep with the windows open and wake up to the sound of birds which added to a perfect relaxing weekend with old friends. We were even able to enjoy some yoga in the well-kept backyard. We are already talking about when we all get away again so we can come back!

Jessica was an amazing host. She is extremely responsive and was also very accommodating. The whole process for our stay was seamless from check in to check out! I would highly recommend Jessica and this stay for large groups looking for a peaceful getaway with a beautiful scenery. Also, the wildlife and nature was so cool to watch and listen to. Thanks for everything!

Our stay at Frank's place could not have been more comfortable or relaxing. The inside was super clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for the week. We liked the spacious, open living/dining/kitchen area, nice furniture, and comfortable beds. But we especially enjoyed the large front deck, huge umbrella that kept us shaded, pocket views of the lake, grill/griddle combo, outdoor shower, and having the pickleball courts a short walk away. Frank is a super friendly and very responsive host. He genuinely wanted to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay, which we did! We look for to renting from him again next year for 2 weeks! Thanks for everything, Frank!

Great location on the water! Not too far from town! Really great cottage! Kayaking to watch the sunset on the lake was beautiful!

This cottage was perfect for our family!! We loved how modern it is and how it has all the amenities we were looking for. We instantly felt right at home. The cottage is conveniently located next to all the major shops and we were right across from the Ice Cream Shop, which was a major hit with the kids. We would sit by the campfire and watch dune buggies go by which was pretty fun, and then when the long lines went away, we’d head over for an ice cream treat. We had a minor issue after our first night, and after notifying Sanel, the host, he got it fixed right away. I was impressed with how quickly he responded and how attentive he was to our situation. He truly cared and wanted us to have the best vacation. I am really happy I found this place and can’t wait to go back!!

Overall, everything was great. Gives you the off-grid type of feel due to limited cell/internet service. Great place to just getaway and decompress. Place as described. If you have kids, highly suggest Lewis Farms. If I had to give any suggestive feedback, the beds are very, very firm. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place.

Croton House is a wonderful, comfortable, relaxing place to stay. The deck over looking the lake is perfect. We had a great time in the lake using the provided kayaks. It is the perfect lake to kayak on if you you are a novice like me. We really enjoyed swimming in the lake, as well. I did not notice in the description that it is important to bring water shoes, I may have missed that. We were able to buy some in town but had we known, we would have brought them from home. Be sure to bring them if you plan to go in the lake, which I highly recommend (so refreshing). We loved staying here and would request to book it again if we ever find ourselves in the area again.

My wife and I needed a quiet getaway and Tiffany’s place was exactly what we needed! Such a beautiful place, quite relaxing. A wonder refreshing weekend.

This place is a brand new build, and smells so amazing (fresh wood) when you walk in. The cottage was pristine and had everything we needed. Nancy was great, giving us a tour upon arrival and generously offering up her kayaks to use on the lake. It’s a tight knit community, so expect neighbors to chat you up and be able to see you enjoying the porch. Very relaxed vibes and great being right on the lake to kayak. The water was amazingly clear, would recommend!

Michael’s place was the perfect weekend getaway! The home is even more beautiful than the photos, and the views made it feel like we were in the mountains. The property felt private and peaceful — we barely saw anyone, which was perfect for traveling with our dogs. The treehouse area across the street gave us plenty of space to play fetch daily. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook dinners each night, which we really appreciated. Fishing from the dock was decent — we caught lots of small perch, a smallmouth and largemouth bass, though my dad lost quite a few hooks due to snagging, so we recommend stronger line, I was good with a 14lb line. A rowboat for fishing could be a great future addition! The 185 steps from the lake are no joke but worth having both the incredible mountain-like views while still having lake access. Michael was kind, responsive, and flexible, making our stay stress-free. We’d absolutely come back!

Great space, great location! The property was exactly as described and so many wonderful touches. Small candy dish, amenities, plenty of room and the decorations in the house were fantastic. Communication was above average. Great time was had by all. We will definitely rent again!

Awesome stay, we have done this with the family for a few years and really have a wonderful time between the cabin and the amenities at double jj. The place is hard to find as the directions take you down a service road, but once there it’s a dream.

What a beautiful view and the home was so large and spacious! We took our golf team and parents and you would have never know there was 18 of us. The deck, beach, and lake were amazing and the host’s were AMAZING and responsive with any needs. I would give more than 5 stars if I was able. The house is exactly as described with amazing views and just so peaceful! We couldn’t have asked for a better home and spot! Rent this anytime you can and especially with a large group. YOU Won’t be disappointed! Thank you for an amazing trip and lasting memories!

Wonderful cabin in a wonderful location. Rather spacious considering how small the cabin actually is. Seven adults fit and managed just fine.

Comfortable cabin in private campground. Cabin is pretty bare bones, but was exactly what we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer but will be back with the kids again to enjoy the park 😊

The cabin was very comfortable, we turned on the fireplace and quickly relaxed into our vacation. We had a wonderful time at the water park and playing glow in the dark golf. Coming back to the cabin and relaxing in the comfortable bed was a perfect way to wrap up the weekend. Thank you for letting us enjoy your little getaway!
