كانت الإقامة رائعة وهادئه ومريحة جداً، وكان تعامل Mayer ودود جداً ومتعاون من لحظة الوصول الى لحظة المغادرة، وذلك من خلال الإدلاء بجميع الملاحظات والإرشادات الخاصة المسكن والمنطقة المحيطة، بالاضافة الى الاستجابة السريعة عند التواصل، وكذلك قام Mayer بإعطائي ميزة الخروج المتأخر دون طلب، وانا ممتن لذلك كثيراً. أنصح به وبشدة.

This was our second time at this place. It was even better than the last time. I am impressed with the fact that they added new Furniture and interiors to the place. Most importantly they are a great host. Looking forward to visit again.

I have been on Airbnb for over 7 years, and this was easily one of the top Airbnb experiences I have had to date. I agree with one of the other reviews that this place is more of an “experience” than simply a place to stay. Clearly lovingly built in the traditional Omani style but with modern touches that make it an extremely comfortable and functional place to stay - the photos simply don’t do the charm of the place justice. I didn’t meet Sulfa in person but the Omani hospitality was on full display between the dates and local coffee left for me on arrival, some breakfast bits in the fridge and regular advice shared through text. Situated in a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood, with mountains surrounding, it’s the perfect spot for an escape from the typical hotel / resort circuit. A little bit out of the way for those who don’t have a car (like myself) but I managed easily enough either by taxi or walking to the nearest bus stop, which is 10 mins away. Super spot and fully recommended.

Fantastic Spacious Stay in Muscat – Perfect Location & Well Maintained! We had a wonderful stay at this large 5-bedroom Airbnb in Muscat. The home is beautifully maintained, clean, and offers plenty of space for a large group or family. The layout is well thought out, with comfortable bedrooms and common areas that make it easy to relax and enjoy. One of the biggest highlights is the location—just a short walk to the beach and centrally positioned, making it convenient to explore Muscat’s top attractions. Whether you want to enjoy the coastline, visit cultural sites, or explore the city, everything is easily accessible.

Het huis was compleet precies wat je nodig hebt als familie! Met diverse Ingebouwde apparatuur in de keuken. Op loopafstand naar de zee en zwembad. Er waren niet voldoende handdoeken aanwezig in het huis maar na contact te hebben gemaakt met Arshad kregen we direct meer handdoeken. De communicatie met Arshad was prettig en reageerd heel snel! Dankjewel voor het verblijf!

This villa is just amazing for family vacation has all required amenities and the lift inside the villa is the best deal it was veey helpful for my parents.

I had a wonderful stay at Waleed’s apartment in Al Khuwair, central Muscat. The location is peaceful yet very central—close to iconic sites, shopping malls, and all the amenities you could need. The apartment is in a quiet block and has stunning views of the sand dunes and even the NJ Muscat sign on Mount Al Jabel. It really feels like you’re surrounded by beauty on all sides. The living room is spacious and inviting, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and fully functional. The photos are an accurate representation of the home, and check-in was smooth and straightforward. Waleed and his team were incredibly welcoming, efficient, and always accessible whenever we needed anything. The home felt safe and secure, and it was easy to find. I stayed with my sister and husband, and we also had family visit us a couple of times—they were really impressed and reassured to see that we were in such a lovely and well-kept space. Nous avons séjourné 9 nuits, 3 adultes dans le logement situé en bordure de plage. Site non touristique, village de pêcheurs, très tranquille et traditionnel à proximité de Mascate, 20 minutes en voiture et 40 minutes de l'aéroport. Restaurants et plages privées à 10 minutes en voiture. Séjour très agréable.

Pristine apartment within walking distance of the Mall of Oman and the Mohammed Al Ameen Mosque. A lot of new buildings are being built in the neighborhood and I imagine it’s a rapidly-changing area. Some great local restaurants can also be found in the area. Residential and quiet.

I had a fantastic stay! The host was wonderful, the location was spot on, and the flat was super clean. It would be awesome to have a microwave in the kitchen and a decent coffee machine, but honestly, everything else was perfect!

Our stay at Talal’s flat in Muscat was more than just a holiday—it truly felt like a home away from home. From the very beginning, Talal stood out as an exceptional host, he is very communicative, kind, thoughtful, and always ready to help. He was incredibly responsive to every message, whether we had a question, needed a recommendation, or just wanted to check in. His support made everything smooth and stress-free, and by the end of the trip, he felt more like a friend than a host. The flat itself exceeded our expectations. It is simply PERFECT! It’s spacious, spotlessly clean, totally furnished incredibly quiet,which is something essential for us. Everything we needed was provided, You can really tell that Talal has put care and thought into making his guests feel welcome. The location is also perfect: just a 5-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in Muscat and also ideally situated for exploring the city. We miss everything!We’re already looking forward to coming back

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und wir konnten sogar noch kurzfristig verlängern. Wir waren bereits mehrere male in Sifah und das zweite mal in dieser Wohnung. Somit alles ganz passend und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Zahir’s place is big and spacious for a family of five. Very convenient to have a washing machine as we had been traveling for a while. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked great. Zahir is a fantastic host and very responsive and accommodating with our requests.

The place was beautiful and tidy and clean same as shown in the pictures and nearby many locations available and near to the city center the host (ibrahim) was very kind and helpful and guided us very quick response and there was no difficulty I would recommend everyone here to stay thank you so much ibrahim it was really a great experience staying here thank you so much jazakallah Khairan

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely 2-bedroom villa in Muscat! The host was incredibly friendly and professional, accommodating our very early check-in request and frequently checking in to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The villa is in an excellent location, making it easy to explore Muscat’s attractions and offering convenient access to the highway for day trips outside the city. The property was well-equipped with all the essentials and more – from a TV, excellent air conditioning, and WiFi to extra kitchen appliances like an air fryer and sandwich maker. The parking space right outside the villa was also a huge plus for us. Overall, this is a fantastic option for a small family visiting Muscat. It provided everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it!

I stayed at Naz Airbnb for a couple of month, he was welcoming, always ready to assist and helpful, he made my experience arriving in muscat great, as for the surrounding area, there are many things to do, from parks to malls, everyday I found something new, if you come from a big country than nothing is far from you, people are nice and welcoming and you won't feel that you have to be aware of your surroundings the whole time like in other countries, I totally recommend it and thank Naz for making it an easy stay for me.

Our host was most supportive and kind throughout our stay. The apartment and its location are exactly as described and our host prepared a very warm welcome that was above and beyond. Furthermore, the tranquility of the area and the atmosphere of the apartment made for a great year end vacation.

A very hospitable host. Everything was as described and beyond. Really enjoyed the stay and will try to book with Abdullah for my next visit. The amenities around the residential were adequate and enough to save the trip far for the kitchen essentials. Access routes were very much of comfort to drive around the Muscat and way back to apartment.
