Apartment vacation rentals in Muscat

Made a last minute reservation since my flights changed and Ahmed was very accommodating. Was the perfect space to rest and unwind before a long international flight.

Pristine apartment within walking distance of the Mall of Oman and the Mohammed Al Ameen Mosque. A lot of new buildings are being built in the neighborhood and I imagine it’s a rapidly-changing area. Some great local restaurants can also be found in the area. Residential and quiet.

Karin is an excellent host with an absolute gem of a property! We were greeted on arrival and shown around the very clean and beautifully smelling property. We had come prepared but there wasn’t any need, as EVERYTHING we could possibly need was already there. From coffee to shower gel! It really felt like a home away from home. The roof top space was exceptional, with a BBQ, sun loungers, dining spaces, dreamy lights and the most beautiful plants! Our favourite part was the view and location! We really couldn’t have asked for more and our children didn’t want to ever leave! Thank you for sharing your wonderful property with us. It was such a big part of Oman experience and a trip we will never forget. Your recommendations, especially our trip to the Dimaniyat Islands were much appreciated. We can’t imagine visiting Onan again and not staying here, so we hope we will meet again one day!

Large, comfortable and easy to access apartment. Close to the bus station and many shops, it is a good place to visit the old town.

Abdullah’s place is a little gem.. situated @ Juman, the building has much higher standard than other buildings at the Mouj. What is so unique is the view, which you can enjoy from the very big balconies, Albudllah is a great host, and he planned everything to make the place a home form home : water bottles, great coffee machine, essentials at the fridge , all you need to clean/ use @ the kitchen, some fabulous touches all around the flat, that make it such a great experience. I had asked Abdullah to arrange extra items that were required specifically for us, and this was done so well and kindly. Abdullah does respond very quickly and always available for any requests… We shall be back… as we were very sad to leave!!! Oman is such a fabulous place and what makes it so special is the kindness of Omanis. Abdullah is a true reflection of this… kind, helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

Very nice place in Muscat. Not many places are available in Oman with good Airbnb. This place is definitely one of the better options. Ibrahim was gracious and accommodating on everything. Will surely stay again. Highly recommended.

Majid was a great host. guided us good. the place was clean n cozy 2bhk.. All the amenities was available like a hotel stay. A grocery store and eatery at the adjacent building. calm and peaceful locality. I loved the internet and netflix..

Of all of the AirBnBs I have stayed at, Tina is by far one of the best hosts. Not only was the check-in process a breeze and the apartment exactly as described, she made herself available to answer questions, even helping me get care when I had a medical emergency. 10/10 would recommend.

Mohammed is a great, responsive and a very helpful host, who is willing to listen to your requests. The house is spacious and very clean. Come with 3 toilets and the packed with amenities. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The kitchen is very equipped and water are provided.

Our stay at Hilal's was perfect! The location was exactly what we were hoping for and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Hilal was super quick to respond to any questions we had and was always kind and helpful. The accommodations were clean and everything was in perfect working condition. Getting a taxi was easy, as pick up was just a few steps away from the building. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Muscat.

If you are looking for somewhere comfortable, clean, well maintained, convenient and well priced, look no further. This apartment is an excellent place to stay in Muscat, centrally located and within 30 minutes drive of many local attractions. At the same time, it is peaceful and allows you to get away from the busy city when you want to relax. Everything worked with no issue, and was as advertised. Hassaan was a fantastic host who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible, he even stocked the fridge with enough bottled water to last two people for three days and provided fresh fruit and snacks free of charge. He and his team were always on hand to help and provide recommendations for our stay. If I am ever to visit Muscat again, this will surely be the first place I look to book

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Mr. Khaled's wonderful 2-bedroom apartment at Marsa Gardens, Al Mouj, and it exceeded all our expectations. The apartment boasts a stunning sea view, which was a delightful treat every morning. We stayed for 9 nights, and each day confirmed that we had made the perfect choice. The accommodations were not only comfortable but also immaculately maintained, offering everything we needed and more. The decor was stylish yet cozy, making us feel at home from the moment we walked in. What truly made our stay remarkable was Mr. Khaled's exceptional hospitality. He was incredibly kind, supportive, and always available whenever we needed him, ensuring that our visit was as pleasant and smooth as possible. His attention to detail and genuine care for his guests' experience make him an outstanding host. We wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Khaled's apartment and wish him all the very best. We had an unforgettable stay at Hamed's. The accommodation was beyond our expectations: impeccable, perfectly clean, tastefully decorated and extremely well located! We couldn't have asked for more for our trip, everything was thought of for our comfort and tranquility. But beyond the exceptional quality of the apartment, it was above all the kindness and humanity of Hamed that marked our stay. This is a lovely large, spacious, nicely decorated modern ground floor flat in a quiet residential neighbourhood. It is very clean. All 3 bedrooms are generous. Beds 1&2 have en-suite bathrooms whilst Bed 3 has its own bathroom next door. The dining/ living room is also very large. There is a fully equipped separate large kitchen. Beds are very comfortable with quality linens. Good A/C and WiFi. To the front is a sunny patio with garden furniture The apartment has free parking outside. As public transport is very limited in Muscat, a car is pretty essential. A couple of convenience stores, an excellent Syrian restaurant (Bab Shaqri) and a highly rated Spanish one (Alacena) are all within 5 mins walk. Other supermarkets and eateries are within a few minutes drive away. Jokha is a charming, super-responsive host with a passion for property/ rentals. A couple of minor issues brought responses within a couple of minutes. I can thoroughly recommend staying here.
