Veličina cijele vile je 220 metara kvadratnih te raspolaže sa velikom terasom za sunčanje i balkonima u gornjim sobama. Vila je opremljena sa svim potrebnim kućanskim aparatima što daje osjećaj komoditeta. Donja soba raspolaže velikom garderobom umjesto ormara što omogućuje dodatni komfor. Detalji vile uređeni su u starinskom duhu te obiluje renoviranim namještajem i predmetima.

Kuća se nalazi na osami, okružena je livadom i šumom iz koje će na livadu nerijetko "navratiti" njeni znatiželjni stanovnici, srne i divlji zečevi. The interior of the house is furnished with a combination of modern and rustic furniture, and the garden with an outdoor pool, a table and chairs for dining, a sofa and armchairs is the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday.
