There is satellite TV/radio and parking in front of the house by the hedge. Use of the washing machine or dryer is available upon request. Our approx. 40 sqm apartment for 2 people is located directly on the beautiful Riegsee and within walking distance near the Froschhauser See in Murnau/Froschhausen. There is a jetty at the house ( YOC 1950), from which you can go directly into the water. Or you can explore the lake with our canoe or Supboard. At the house there is a small hobby farm - with chickens, a sweet rooster, 3 donkeys, sheep and a cat. There is a private parking space right by the house.

My apartment is located in a quiet, green residential complex. The pedestrian zone can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. It is very cozy and fully equipped. Murnau is located on the Munich-Innsbruck railway line. Garmisch and the royal castles can be reached in 30-50 minutes by car. There is a charging station for e-cars 150 meters away. The same apartment is available in another listing with 2 bedrooms Tourist tax is charged on site.
