The spacious living room offers a comfortable sofa and electric fireplace as well as a large dining area with a luxurious kitchen with cooking island.

Vacation home in a secluded location plus farm experience

Vacation in a wonderful secluded location on sunny Geisberg. The rustic Glücksmüh' is a 65 m² self-catering hut. With us you can enjoy the tranquility, the fresh mountain air and the great view in the house or in the sauna. The nearest ski resorts: Kreischberg, Turracher Höhe, Fanningberg, etc. are only about 30 minutes away. In the winter, it is advantageous to take snow chains with you. The highlight, however, is collecting mushrooms in summer (chanterelles, boletus, parasol).

The house has 1 wood-burning stove in the kitchen and 1 tiled stove in the living room, which conjure up a cozy warmth in the house. The bathtub also invites you to relax. In addition, a garden with seating and a barbecue are available to you. Guests especially appreciate the nature with its mountain landscape, which invites you to hike. Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

The Hillside Chalet offers space for 9 people on approx. 120 m2. Stylish furnishings in the modern wooden house with old wood look make the chalet completed in December 2022 something very special. Sauna, hot tub, electric car charging station, fiber-optic internet, tiled stove with glass front, spacious bathrooms and a modern kitchen leave nothing to be desired in the lovingly furnished chalet. And this is only a few minutes away from Kreischberg.

This house with ~ 270m ² living space is furnished in the style of the 70s and comfortable. The ground floor is divided into kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom + separate toilet and pantry. On the 1st floor there are 4 bedrooms for 2 persons each with their own shower + WC, 3 of them with a balcony and TV. In the attic is a spacious studio apartment as can be seen on the photos. Relaxation zone on our own fish ponds incl. Barbecue area.

A stylish sauna with a picturesque view completes our Unterkircher Chalet.

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

Schafferhof - Mariahof

For over 30 years we have been renting our 600-year-old, 220 sqm farmhouse to families and friends. The house can accommodate up to 14 people plus 2 cribs. Families who have been coming to us for many years appreciate the tranquility and the ample space in and around the house. Don't you want it to be so quiet? Also OK. We are the only neighbors within 600 meters and loud music has never bothered us!
