NEW from May 2025: Our house on the Werse: surrounded by nature and yet only 20 minutes by bike to the main market. The vacation home is located on a 1000 m² property and offers direct access to the Werse. The landscape conservation area is characterized by the typical boathouses that lie like pearls on a chain on the idyllic river. In the nearby outdoor pool Stapelskotten you can swim, the bike and hiking trail starts in front of the door and the boat rental is also not far.

A separate external staircase (2nd floor) leads you to the perfectly located apartment in a detached house. Between Warendorf and Freckenhorst, surrounded by fields and meadows, you can find everything you need for an unforgettable stay in our ecologically restored barn. Our barn offers on two levels (125 m2) a large living and cooking area, a comfy living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a guest lavatory. Furthermore the two sun terraces invite you to a beautiful stay in the county style garden with a view to pond, orchard, fields and forest.

Old mill on the sandstone farm

Our vacation home “Alte Mühle” is a former water mill. The mill house has three floors: On the first floor there is a small bathroom with shower and a fitted kitchen with dining area. A dishwasher, coffee maker and fridge with freezer are provided. From the kitchen you can access the garden terrace. On the middle floor is the cozy living room with a wide sofa bed. In the attic there are two single beds and a spacious closet.
