This newly built 24 m2 studio is located in the Emmental, 20 minutes from Bern and 20 minutes from Thun. It is very quiet because it is located in a residence on the heights of the village of Konolfingen from where you can admire the landscape of the Swiss Alpine meadows with in particular the famous Stockhorn, and the Niesen... It is within walking distance (15 minutes from the train station) as well as by car. We have a space in the residence's garage available to our visitors. The entry is independent.

Everything is renovated with a fantastic view of the Alps, Bern and the Gürbetal. 7.5 Km from the city center of Bern and 6.5 km from Belp airport. The approximately 60sqm, very bright, cozy apartment with high ceilings is ideally located at Bern’s mountain, the Gurten, near the forest, with beautiful walking and jogging trails. The accommodation is well suited for single nature lovers, couples, business travelers and families.

In the living room and bedroom there are 2 foldaway beds, a sofa bed, a dining table with 4 chairs, a bookshelf with TV and the cupboard. From the living room you have a magnificent view of the mountains. The landlords live in the basement and are also there when you arrive.

Our small studio apartment, newly renovated in July 2020, is located in a quiet residential area in an idyllic location on the outskirts of Rüfenacht. Parking is available right by the house. Public transport stop in the immediate vicinity (5 minutes' walk). The city of Bern is about 8 km away. The beautiful skiing and hiking areas in the Bernese Oberland are easily accessible.

In addition to the hosts, friendly dogs, cats, sheep, donkeys and chickens live on the Bühlmenschwand farm. From here you can enjoy beautiful walks through the adjacent woods and meadows, or further discover the Emmental by car or bike.
