Great hiking terrain. 13 km to 18 hole golf course. 13 kilometers to Munkedal (grocery stores and liquor stores). 22 kilometers to Uddevalla and Torp shopping center.

Here you get a fantastic newly-renovated accommodation out in the countryside for the whole family/a trip with friends. The house is located in close proximity to, among other things, the pearls of Smögen, Hunnebostrand, Bovallstrand, Grebbestad and Lysekil where the Sea House is located. Really cozy place all year round. Located in the granite kingdom with many nice mountains, popular with mountain climbers. In the nearby area, there are many saltwater beaches, golf courses, rock climbing and hiking trails. 9 minutes away is the zoo ark and 7 minutes to Vann spa.

Beautifully located by a sparkling lake on a headland with water in three directions, this spacious house offers a unique combination of nature and convenience. The large plot has both open grass areas and forest nature. Private swimming area with its own floating jetty provides direct access to the water. There are hiking trails, proximity to golf courses and the west coast – perfect for outdoor activities, relaxation and excursions. Hilly plot with several stairs, unfortunately not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Bedroom 5 is a separate guest house.

Take walks and pick berries and mushrooms or fish in the river or one of the ponds on the property. The cottage has both a wood stove and a fireplace to use. Connected to the living room is a covered patio with outdoor furniture. Here you get a large cabin with 4 spacious bedrooms, a playroom equipped with two comfortable sofa beds – ideal for both play and extra beds. The location is central and surrounded by nature, with a short distance to hiking opportunities and the charming coastal town of Lysekil. Daily needs are readily available. In Bohuslän, in lush agricultural countryside, is this farm where you can rent part of a converted barn. You will find peace and enjoy nature. Large garden for socializing, eating, barbecuing outside or in the barbecue hut. When you step in through the door, it is a full 4 meters ceiling height. It is 3 km to the beach at Kärnsjön and 15 km to the sea. Kynnefjäll about 10 km with many nice hiking trails. The forest is all around for lovely walks, blueberries and mushrooms. July, August we rent out weekly, change Sunday.

This accommodation is suitable for those who want to take it easy and have other priorities than luxurious comfort. The days may be spent in the woods and nature, or with the canoe that is available in the lake. Once home, you might light the wood stove and let your thoughts wander over the day's events.

The house lies between pink granite rocks with beautiful views over the surrounding nature. 25 min by car to Lysekil and 5 min to the closest grocery store. Brodalen is the Mekka of Swedish rockclimbing with several wellknown routes. The location also offers vicinity to hiking paths in the forests with walking distance to Röe Gård. Please note that you need to bring your own bed linen as well as clean the house at the end of your visit.
