A nice excursion is Älgafallet, which is a 10-minute drive from here and is a fantastic waterfall where the center point borders Norway. In Tanum, there are plenty of rock carvings. If you want saltwater swimming, crab fishing and restaurants, take a trip to Grebbestad or Fjällbacka.

From us in Dale, it is about 30 minutes to the coast, whether you want to take a trip to, for example, Orust, Lysekil, Smögen or Grebbestad. Even in Munkedal there is much to do such as hiking, golfing, paddling, mini golf, swimming in both salt and fresh water.
