This lovely 3 bedroom home has been recently renovated and is fully furnished. For your comfort we provide bedding, a coffee machine, free hi-speed wi-fi and Bluetooth speaker. The house has a fully fenced back yard and is pet friendly. The study has a second TV and couch, great for kids viewing. The house has a large covered veranda around 3 sides of the house. Yes we have a camel ( but only one now 😞 ) My B&B is in the beautiful Goobarragandra Valley 12 kilometres from Tumut. I am ideally located at the northern end of the Snowy Mountains to explore and enjoy all the region has to offer. Our immediate surrounds offer fantastic views, great bird watching and fishing. We are able to accommodate 2 adults and a small child under 2 years of age only. If your child is older then 2 please contact us first as we have a portacot only.

We stayed here on a stopover for a roadtrip and while we only stayed a night it was a beautiful way to start our roadtrip. The home was cosy with everything we needed and a lovely fenced space for our dogs. It was very private and a peaceful spot to stop. We’d love to come back again for a longer stay!

My family and I had a lovely and relaxing stay. The room was cozy, clean, and very comfortable — it felt just like home. The spa was a great, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to unwind. The host was incredibly kind and quick to respond, which made everything smooth and stress-free. One small downside was that there wasn’t much to do, either on the property or in the surrounding area. (may be much better during summer with the swimming pool open😁) There are no walkways nearby, so exploring on foot wasn’t really an option. That said, we were mainly looking for quiet time, but having something to to see and do around would be nice. It was still a nice stay! A great spot if you're looking to disconnect, rest, and enjoy a peaceful break with family.

Sanja’s place is the most perfect escape! Super comfy bed and well equipped with everything you could possibly need, including the most generous package of food supplies I’ve ever come across in an airbnb (so very handy as it’s a bit of a drive to the nearest shop!). Sitting in the beautiful warm spa watching the kangaroos hop around on the hill and listening to the creek was utter bliss! The rail trail from Tumbarumba to Rosewood was a fabulous way to spend an afternoon - the hamburgers at Rosewood Railway cafe are absolutely delicious (and e-bike hire super easy with rideTumba). Highly recommend Sanjas place - it’s an amazing spot to escape the world, rest and recharge!
