Located in walking distance to Yarrawonga's busy main st, The Lake House couldn't be more central & is in a much sought after spot! It has a private jetty on the foreshore for you to tie up your boat & is in a protected area of the lake in between the bridge & the weir. It boasts a waterside alfresco area with BBQ & dining large dining table & plenty of off street parking!

This unit is close to all that Mulwala has to offer. Foodworks, Purtle Playground and Blacksmith Provedore is all within walking distance. Spend an evening at the Ski Club, Golf Club or the RSL, they offer courtesy buses.. The unit consists of 2 bedrooms (1 x Queen Bed, 1 x Double Bed) Both beds have electric blankets. The lounge suite offers a fold out bed. The outside area has been set up for you to enjoy with a BBQ and seating. Maximum 6 people. Pets are welcome.
