Welcome to our partially newly-renovated villa in scenic Mullsjö. Within a 10-minute walk, you can either take a swim in Lake Mullsjön or go for a nice walk in the woods. Close to cafés, Ica and pharmacies. We have a nice terrace with outdoor kitchen, large dining table and a lounge area. There is also a trampoline and swings as well as a slide for the children. Evening sun until the sun sets on our balcony, which also gives you a glimpse of Lake Mullsjö. In winter, you are close to Mullsjö Alpin for skiing.

Welcome! When you step in, the entrance lights are turned off by motion. Take off your outerwear/shoes and follow the stairs down to the living room with a sleeping alcove that offers adjustable beds, sofa and armchair. The kitchen has coffee, tea, microwave, fridge, induction stovetop, hot air fryer and washing machine. Next to the kitchen is a bathroom with shower, toilet and storage.

From the balcony, you have a view over the Tidan river. The house is built as a multi-generational home with 2 separate apartments, of which the upper one is the one that is rented out. In the apartment there are 4 beds, but there is room to put out mattresses on the floor if needed. Large garden is available, with room for both play and relaxing.

Tätorten Mullsjö ligger 5 km bort, här finns livsmedelsbutiker, apotek och systembolag. Sveriges första/äldsta golfbana, Ryfors, ligger tre kilometer bort. Vintertid finns möjlighet till utförsåkning vid Mullsjö skidcenter, sju km.
