Vacation rentals with a patio in Mulheim, Germany

The apartment is really great in all the aspects. Location is amazing, just 3 minutes walk from the Central Station, 5-6 minutes walk from downtown, all the cafes and restaurants. In front of the building is situated the Opera and Theatre with the spectacular park. The apartment is very comfortable, furnished with all necessary equipment and amenities, balcony has nice view as well as the in yard space. Special thanks to host, Mert, who was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay at this apartment when next time will be in Essen.

Johannes is a great host, everything well prepared. The apartment is well laid out and everything you need is on site. Even a terrace overlooking the garden. The residential area is very quiet, to eat you make your way somewhere else. He even provided a bicycle on request, very good.

It was located near the central station of Dusseldorf, so the accessibility to the accommodation was so good. It was easy to get anywhere, and there was a shopping mall nearby, so it was easy to buy the necessary items. The room was clean, so I had a comfortable stay.

The house has everything you need for a good time in Essen, everything very high quality and even personal, which you can't find in every typical Airbnb. Throughout the house you can enjoy music in the best quality, for example through Spotify. You can grill in the garden with a weaver or relax in your own house which has a heated hot tub and sauna. We had a wonderful 4-day stay at this apartment! The location is absolutely great – located a little outside the city, so quiet, but also a perfect starting point for activities. The apartment was blitz clean and well equipped. The public transport connection is also ideal, so you can quickly get anywhere. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would stay here again anytime!

Ulrike's house is the best place we have stayed in Europe for so many years (perhaps not one of them), her home is like a paradise, the environment is very beautiful, and it makes people feel the beauty of being in nature. At the same time, Ulrike and her family were very kind and friendly, and always able to help us solve any problems with the house in a timely manner. At the same time, free time will give us local pastries and food, which is great👍. It was a great stay. I'm sure I'll be booking with Svenja often. The house was decorated great for Christmas and communication with Svenja was really excellent! I can only give an absolute recommendation. If you want to go to Moers, the bus stop is within walking distance, as is the center of Schwafheim with various shopping opportunities. And especially important for me, the AWO Seniorenzentrum is also only 4-5 minutes by walk.

It was a wonderful stay! We really fell in love with this house. It is very cosy and nice, we had everything we needed to relax in the pesceful surrounding of nature. The host was very kind and fast in reponding, ready to help with all requsts. We did't want to leave.
