Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Our holiday home is in a central location, close to the outskirts of the city. The fully equipped apartment offers you a perfect alternative to the hotel. Optimal transport connection to the cities of Duisburg, Essen and Oberhausen in a maximum of 15 minutes. It is also just a stone's throw from the local attractions, such as the Müga, Broich Castle or the water station with its "White Fleet". The apartment is centrally located to the trade fair cities of Düsseldorf and Essen.

Live in a furnished granny apartment of a detached house in a very good residential area, on the southern outskirts of Essen, surrounded by greenery and very close to the Ruhr. The flat has its own entrance. A small stream flows through the middle of the garden. A carport is available as a parking space. Essen city center, Düsseldorf airport, Düsseldorf as well as Mülheim and Ratingen can be reached quickly by car. The drive to Essen city center takes about 15 minutes.

Welcome to my charming one-bedroom guest apartment, located in a beautifully designed architectural building with three units. After a thorough renovation in 2024 it is ideal for long-term business or leisure stays and accommodates up to two guests. The apartment offers a cozy bedroom with a double bed, a comfortable living room with sofa and TV (including Netflix, YouTube etc.), Sonos sound speaker, desk with monitor (HDMI), a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
