Suburban villa

This apartment is in a historical house and you can use it for your own. We /the owners are living in the upper floors. The apartment is completely equipped and has a big livingroom, a quiet bedroom, a separate and well equipped kitchen and a bathroom (second toilett on the corridor). In bedroom two persons can sleep in a 1,80m wide bed. A third sleeping option gives a 2m sofa (sleepingsofa) in livingroom. Theoretically two persons can sleep there. For sure towels and bed linen are included. The apartment has LED-TV and WLAN. Using garden is a matter of arrangement. Only 2-3 minutes distance to stop of city-tram number 4. With this line you reach trade fair/exhibition center without change in 15 minutes, in 25 minutes you reach center of city also without change. A big supermarket and other shops are in 100 m distance. A restaurant and a bistro you can reach by feet. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment but of course you can smoke in the garden. If you travel by car you will find parkingplaces in front of the house or nearby. Forrest, a lake and a park for deers in a 3km distance offers you to take chance for recreation and jogging.

We offer elegant and cosy apartments: single and double guestroom Tea and coffee ad libitum adjoining bathroom adjoining kitchen free Wifi television We are situated in Köln-Mülheim, the district is located on the right bank of the Rhine with very good railway and metro connections to the Koelnmesse (5 minutes), Lanxessarena and to the centre/cathedral/main station (8 minutes). You reach the airport Cologne/ Bonn in 20 minutes. Supermarket at the corner, bakeries, restaurants, parc and the Rhine are easily accessible on foot. The apartments offer a bathroom and a kitchen. The bedrooms give on to the backyard, where you find a beautiful garden. The kitchen provides all the necessary to cook and feel at home.

Parken in der Tiefgarage ist möglich. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Phasenweise ist mit Fluglärm zu rechnen. Es ist keine neu renovierte Wohnung, bitte keine Perfektion erwarten.

Welcome to Cologne! After a long day of sightseeing or at the trade fair, relax in this lovely little, recently renovated, self-catering, one-room apartment with balcony. Ich war für eine Fortbildung in Köln Riehl. Von dort aus war ich in 25 Minuten mit Auto an der Unterkunft. Rosi war sehr freundlich und ich habe mich direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ich hatte alles was ich brauche. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Danke für alles. :)

Dagmar is een super aardige en warme vrouw. De kamer was goed en schoon en de omgeving rustig. Het stadscentrum is lopend te bereiken en dichtbij is de tram/metro, die je overal naartoe brengt. Heel tevreden en zeker een aanrader!!!
