The loft is downtown lake odessa above a store front. Awesome for nightly or longer stays. It has Brick walls, barn siding, exposed ceiling, Murphy beds, fireplace. Walk down stairs , to r, antique shops, a fabulous old fashioned ice cream shoppe, seasonal. The public beach is walking distance. This would be an awesome place to have a group of friends party, however it can’t be used for that. It has to be more low key, there is an overnight rental below the loft. It’s great for relaxing

Great for writers, couples, families, gatherings of friends. Garden level self-contained apartment overlooks the Grand River on 25 acres of woods, streams, fields. The Fred Meijer trail provides great biking or hiking opportunities. Lazy float tubing or kayaking down the flat river is very popular and only a short walk away. Horse back riding, golf courses, and an amazing local bakery all within a couple miles. And a fun sport court (basketball hoop, volleyball/badminton/pickelball net all right on site!
