The 40 m² apartment, fully furnished and with its own terrace, is situated in a quiet, idyllic location on our three-sided farm. The 2 beds are 1 m wide and 2 m long; 1 sofa bed (2 m × 2 m), very comfortable as a 3rd bed. In 15 minutes, you can hike through the vineyards to reach Seußlitzer Schloß; the Elbe Cycle Path is only 400 meters (1,300 feet) from our place; you can relax in the Goltzscha natural swimming pool. perfect . For 4 or more people: wine tasting in our own wine cellar, parking, and Bicycles and e-bikes are available free of charge.

Bathroom with bathtub + shower, bathrobe, washing machine (from 1 week free of charge), underfloor heating. In the living room there is a satellite TV, DVD player & sofa with bed function. The highlights of the apartment are a spacious living room with a double bed under the roof (access via a ladder) and an open kitchen-living room. Bed linen and towels as well as basic equipment (toilet paper, dishes and spices) are available. The cozy barbecue area, including charcoal, can be used for cozy hours. We will take care of cleaning the grill. Please note that if you book an overnight stay (1 day) we will add an additional €10 to the total price.

Our modern furnished apartment is located in the old town directly opposite the Rossmann drugstore. From the apartment you can look at the beautiful Triebisch (river) and is very quiet despite the central location. In the immediate vicinity, all the sights in the city can be reached on foot. The S-Bahn station Altstadt is 5 minutes away. Parking in front of the door is subject to a charge of €5 per day, but if you drive 500 m further, it is free of charge.

The guest apartment is located in the completely newly converted attic of our house. It includes a living area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. The nearest supermarket is less than 1 km away and the bakery is only a 2-minute walk. If necessary, a bread roll service is possible on Saturdays. Riesa is located approximately midway between the cities of Leipzig and Dresden directly on the beautiful Elbe. The Elbe Cycle Path is about 3 km away.

In the modernized annex with separate entrance, comfort and coziness await you. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is particularly suitable for families. Enjoy the tranquility in the city in the lovingly designed courtyard, which invites you to linger, especially in summer. In just a 2-minute walk you can reach the city center with restaurants, cafes and shops. The region offers plenty of opportunities, especially for cyclists.

Close to shops, restaurants and doctors.

The Koboldhütte is a modern renovated apartment in a house from 1750. The ceiling height is, as was customary at the time, about 2 meters!
