Vacation rentals with a patio in Mugnano, Lucca

The place has the most gorgeous views and it is absolutely quiet - except for bird song. Perfect for relaxation. I went swimming in the pool every morning. We were able to explore Northern Tuscany, using La Lavanda as a base. One just has to be prepared for a pretty scary drive up and down the mountain. But one gets used to it. Sabrina welcomed us and was really, really helpful. Highly recommended.

Wir haben diese Unterkunft um ein paar Tage in der Toskana zu verbringen und um uns Pisa und Florenz anzuschauen. Dafür war die Lage der Wohnung perfekt. In dem Ort ist nicht viel los, aber das brauchten wir auch nicht. Die Wohnung entsprach 1:1 der Beschreibung, war sauber, modern u mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Hamza antwortete innerhalb weniger Minuten und kam zur Schlüsselübergabe zur vereinbarten Zeit. Der Vermieter arbeitet in der Bar/ Restaurant fußläufig zur Wohnung, die man auf alle Fälle besuchen sollte, wenn man ein paar Tage dort ist. Es war mal was anderes (tolles Konzept) und sehr lecker. *Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt*

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unseren Kindern sehr genossen. Man konnte in der ruhigen Umgebung wunderbar entspannen, während die Kinder gern auf dem Gelände gespielt haben. Die Unterkunft war liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man Ruhe etwas abseits vom städtischen Trubel sucht.

Our stay with Miriam was absolutely wonderful! Right from the start, the personal welcome made a big difference – Miriam was always available and greeted us in person, which was such a nice and rare touch these days. The apartment is beautifully and lovingly decorated, with so much attention to detail. We were especially impressed to find a thoughtful selection of basics already in the fridge – something you don’t see often! We felt completely at home – it honestly felt just like our own place. Without a doubt, this was the best Airbnb experience we’ve had in over 10 years! Thank you so much, Miriam – we’d love to come back!

Matteo’s apartment is exactly as described and was exactly what we need for our short trip to Pisa. It’s 10-15 mins walk to Pisa central station and 20-30 mins walk to the leaning tower. As a host Matteo is very responsive and gave good tips and advices for what i needed: place for a pacifier for my baby, place to eat, how to best get around. I would recommend this place to anyone :)

Eine tolle Wohnung an einem ganz besonderen Ort! Wir haben die Ruhe und den wunderschönen Garten sehr genossen. Jacobo war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat uns mit allem versorgt was wir brauchten und tolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen komfortabel, das Bett super und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir waren viel auf der schönen Terasse und haben den Blick in den Garten und das Zwitschern der Vögel genossen. Es gibt eine coole Hängematte zum Entspannen im Garten. Die Lage ist gut um Pisa, Lucca und Florenz zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es sehr nette kleinere Orte in der Umgebung. Alles in allem hatten wir eine wunderschöne Zeit.

WE had a delightful stay in the most beautiful surroundings. This place was on amazing grounds and it was just perfect for us as we love the country side. We were welcomed by the owners father Sandro and he was quite friendly and engaging …explaining everything we needed to know. Although we did not have an opportunity to meet Marie and Lorenzo, Marie was quite helpful before our trip and quickly answered all my MANY questions. The apartment was well appointed and so cute. A lovely welcome basket was there upon our arrival. Everything was really perfect in this quaint community that is very close to Lucca and Pisa if you want to take a side trip. We enjoyed it immensely/

La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, accogliente, pulitissima e perfettamente integrata con la natura circostante. Si respira un’atmosfera di pace e autenticità che è sempre più rara da trovare. Maurizio è un ospite eccezionale: caloroso, disponibile, attento e sempre pronto a offrire consigli preziosi sulla zona, i ristoranti e le bellezze meno turistiche di Lucca e dintorni. La sua passione per il podere e l’ospitalità traspare in ogni gesto, facendoci sentire più amici che ospiti. Consigliamo questa esperienza a chi cerca un luogo autentico dove rigenerarsi, lontano dal caos ma a due passi dalle meraviglie della Toscana. Torneremo sicuramente!

Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés ! La maison est magnifique, avec tout le confort nécessaire et un jardin magnifique ! Tout était très propre, très bien équipé, tant pour les temps frais (Marco nous a fourni du bois pour faire une feu de cheminée) que les temps chauds (barbecue). La localisation est parfaite, proche de Lucca qui est une ville fantastique, dans la campagne verdoyante ! L’emplacement de parking derrière la maison est très pratique. La maison est sécurisée par une alarme. Et enfin, Marco a été un hôte formidable : il a été très flexible pour les check in et check out, de tres bons conseils et extrêmement accueillant, tout en nous laissant notre intimité ! Un grand merci Marco !

We stayed at Alessandro’s house for two weeks and we loved it! The house is warm (huiselijk) and cosy. It is a home away from home. Spacious, clean, comfortable. You will find everything you need. Alessandro is very kind and responsive. We could tell he takes great care of the house and its surroundings. Grazie Alessandro! It is 15 minutes from the city walls by car. 10 minutes to the supermarkets. My husband and son did lot’s of cycling, the house is a great start for different rides 👌🏻 We would recommend it to everyone who wants to stay close to Lucca, but likes quiet and nature.

We had an absolutely delightful stay. Peaceful and tidy apartment with a lovely view. It had everything we could have wanted during our stay. Enrico and Silvia were amazing hosts making sure we were comfortable. Communication was pleasant, efficient and fast. Grazie mille, Enrico and Silvia!

I'm having trouble squeezing all the great things we experienced during our week at Le Casette in a short review. It's the most amazing peaceful location, while you still have the chance to have an absolutely tasty dinner in the town in the valley. You have the chance to go on a picturesque hike, starting from the house, and then arrive back and chill on the terrace with your carbonara and prosecco while fireflies light up the forest. It's just... perfect. Marco is a super nice host, but really, everyone we met up there was just so kind, you are greeted with Italian hospitality at its best here. We got valuable recommendations for activities and Marco is the most responsive host I ever met. The house itself is a jewellery box, such nice details and we found it very comfy and spacious. Embrace the Panda and take a chance on this gem of an accommodation. :)

Das Haus ist ein Traum! Schöner noch als auf den Bildern, tolle Ausstattung, super Küchen und alles was man braucht! Andrea hat uns mit Aperitivo empfangen und war sehr bemüht uns eine unvergessliche Zeit zu bereiten. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Erwachsenen und 1 Baby, welches in einem Babybett schlafen konnte. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

We had the best week in Nada’s home with our friends who travelled from Australia. The villa was so cute and cosy and had everything you would need. Nada is a great host who was very responsive and extremely friendly, it was just a shame we didn’t get to meet her in person. The main highlight for us was when Viola (Nada’s daughter) came to the villa and did a cooking class with us. It was fantastic and one not to be missed! We made bruschetta, homemade pasta and sauce and a lemon tiramisu. We made pasta and bruschetta literally every night after as it was just so good. From the villa we travelled around in our hire cars and saw the delightful towns/villages such as San Giginano, Certaldo, Siena, Greve in Chianti, climbed up the hill to Montefioralle, Radda in Chianti, Volpaia and the local village of Barberino Val D’Elsa. I highly recommend you visit each as all close enough for a day out it combine a couple in a day. You will not be disappointed at Casa Di Nada. We loved it 😊

This is a fantastic location for those driving into Lucca. Parking is easily accessible just outside the ZTL but still within the city walls, making it a short and convenient walk to the house with luggage. While many reviews mention it, it’s worth emphasizing—this place is exceptionally spacious. It’s at least twice the size of other rentals we’ve stayed in that were described as “spacious,” which was a wonderful surprise not fully apparent from the photos. The extra room made it much easier to relax. We arrived on a cold evening to find the heat already on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host provided extra towels, body wash, shampoo, and excellent hot water pressure. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed having a radio and desks in the living area. The WiFi worked well. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

Die Gastgeberin war wirklich zuvorkommend und lies uns sogar 3 std voeher ins Haus da sie schon mit putzen und vorbereiten fertig waren. Das Häuschen ist trotz naheliegenden Haupt Straße sehr ruhig und abgelegen genug um sich frei bewegen zu können, ganz eingezäunt so das sich unsere Hundedame pudelwohl gefühlt hatt und das haus nach 2 tagen vor sämtlichen unbekannten geschützt hatt😁. Ausstattung war gut und ausreichend. Eine außenstehende waschmaschine tat ihren dienst, im haus kaffemaschine,und sämtliche Elektrogeräte waren vorhanden wie auch ein Fön. Klimaanlage Top also alles was man braucht! von hier aus lassen sie Stätte wie Pisa und Lucca in wenig minuten erreichen, Firenze Centrum in ca 45 minuten und Forte dei Marmi und das Meer in gut 40 Minuten . Restaurants giebt es einige gute in der Nähe, empfelen möchte ich La Favola Mia, toller service und hervorragende gerichte. Alles in allem hatten wir dank Giuliana einen wunderschönen Urlaub!!!!! Danke und auf ein wiedersehen!

Pauline’s place was gorgeous and very close for shopping not far to walk to the airport and to see pisa everything was located perfectly and the apartment was very easy to find so if you struggle with finding apartments and get lost this is a perfect place for you :)

Il posto è veramente suggestivo, casa rurale ma ben ristrutturata e rifinita negli interni in mezzo a un infinito uliveto di proprietà, è possibile incontrare anche diverse specie animali nel luogo, vista bellissima dalla collina. Abbiamo incontrato un'upupa africana neanche troppo schiva, non ricordo di aver mai visto così tante lucciole nella notte, magnifico. Il proprietario Francesco fa dell'olio biologico eccezionale, da provare. Lui e la moglie sono persone squisite e ospitali. Ci hanno dato anche un po' di consigli per spostarci e per il cibo. A presto Francesco!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Iacopo's place. The apartment is right in the historic centre of town and within walking distance from many amenities and landmark sites of historic and cultural relevance. Especially notable amenities are: 1) beautiful terrace overlooking the inner courtyard; private parking; elevator (apartment is on the first floor). Everything was as described. Iacopo was very helpful and responsive, the perfect host. We will definitely book this accommodation again. Thank you!

Cet endroit est juste magique. Nous y avons passé 9 jours de rêve au calme. Bianca et ses parents nous ont accueillis chaleureusement et nous ont fait visiter le lieu de résidence jouxté à leur belle maison, entourée de nature et en pleine campagne (une voiture est indispensable pour y accéder). La vue est magnifique, et le panorama vu de la piscine est encore plus beau que sur les photos. Le petit chemin pour accéder à la maison est un point de vue parfait pour les photos de coucher de soleil. Le lieu de résidence est tout simple mais soigné, et nous avons eu toute l'intimité voulue. Bianca et ses parents sont restés très discrets. Seul le chat venait parfois nous saluer sans nous importuner pour autant. Bianca nous a même aidés à effectuer une réservation dans l'un des merveilleux restaurants tout proches. Nous conseillerons ce lieu de résidence à nos amis qui veulent visiter la Toscane (Florence et Lucca tout proches).

Paolo en Martina geven je gelijk een enorm warm welkom gevoel. Martina had een overheerlijke taart gebakken en we kwamen in een brandschoon appartement waarin aan alles was gedacht. Dat ook nog met eens met een prachtig uitzicht op Pisa in de verte. Paolo stond gelijk klaar met adviezen en tips over de omgeving en mogelijkheden. We prachtig Toscane mogen ontdekken, niet alleen de grote steden of de zee maar ook de kleine schoonheden in de omgeving. We mochten tevens gebruik maken van de heerlijke tuin met barbecue. Paolo en Martine zijn de ultieme, zorgzame gastheer en gastvrouw die je als gast het gevoel geven deel uit te maken van hun familie. Een heel bijzondere ervaring voor ons gezin waardoor we nog een hele lange tijd warme herinneringen aan hun en hun prachtige huis tussen de bergen en beekjes van Calci zullen koesteren. Dit is absoluut een fantastische plek om nog eens naar terug te keren. Een absolute aanrader!

Die Wohnung von Marco in Monsummano Terme war einfach fantastisch! Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, und auch die Lage ist ideal: ruhig und charmant, aber gleichzeitig ein super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Florenz, Pisa, Lucca oder sogar Rom. Der Gastgeber Marco ist außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit. Seine schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation war sehr angenehm. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Unser Aufenthalt in Lari bei Susie & Paolo war toll. Die beiden waren tolle Gastgeber, sie waren immer erreichbar, sehr aufmerksam und super lieb. Das Appartement war super gemütlich, sehr gepflegt und mit allem was wir brauchten ausgestattet. Im Garten gibt es eine schöne Außenküche mit Grill und Pizzaofen, die wir beide genutzt haben. Es gibt viele Plätze im zum sitzen und chillen. Auch der Poobereich ist sehr schön angelegt und umzäunt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und geben eine klare Weiterempfehlung 🫶

Sabina’s place is immaculate and in a great location for all the main attractions of Pisa. We were able to walk easily to and from the apartment and there is a lift for carrying bags up and down the stairs. Sabina communicated quickly and was very helpful. We’d highly recommend the apartment and will be staying again next week.
