Our apartment is located in the center of Fethiye, within a 5-15 min walking distance to the coastline, the artisans' hospital, the shopping mall, the bus station, the Salı Pazarı, the beach minibus stops (Ölüdeniz, Katrancı, Çalış, etc.), 3M Migros, and the street where various restaurants and banks are located. It is on the garden floor of the building where only our family resides. Our apartment has all the materials you will need. The garden shown in the photos is for your exclusive use. You can find a comfortable and free parking space on the street for your vehicle.

Our apartment is located in the marina in the heart of Fethiye. Fethiye's largest square is in Beşkaza. Its most important feature is its unique sea view. Our apartment, which is in a new apartment building with an elevator, has many appliances such as a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, built-in oven, stove, refrigerator, TV, hair dryer, iron to meet your needs. It has 1 double bedroom with a sea view and 1 normal double bedroom, 1 living room (2 people can stay) and a bathroom with 24-hour hot water.

NEW FOR 2025 FULLY FENCED & PRIVATE GARDEN….. A beautiful holiday apartment set in the traditional Turkish Village of Patara. It’s a perfect spot for both summer and winter holidays & boasts high speed Internet (40 mbps) for those needing to work. Lavender House is only a 20 minute walk to the stunning 12km long Patara Beach. This walk takes you through Patara’s large archeological site. Lavender House is also located on the historical Lycian Way and has views stretching over the village.

The apartment was renovated by my architect friend. Everything is brand new and comfortable. It has a magnificent sea view. Within walking distance to the sea and Turunç. There are two large rooms (2 double beds), a sofa bed for 2 in the living room and a sofa bed for 2 on the patio. A total of 8 people can stay. There is a washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine. There's Wi-Fi and Tivibu. Each room has a TV. The air conditioners are brand new. It's a super cozy place.
