I stayed in Marmaris for the ultra trail, and the experience was great. The host was responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. A perfect place to relax after a busy day.

What a beautiful home. It’s in a complex with the local community which gives it a unique feel. Goksel met me outside the accommodation as it was late in the evening by the time I arrived from the airport. I already had instructions on how to enter the apartment but meeting me was so lovely. The apartment itself is pristine and furnished fabulously. The grounds are lovely and kept very well maintained. Restaurants, bars and the beach are all within an easy walking distance. I will definitely be booking here again as the hosts are so lovely and the area is a fantastic place to explore from.

Mr. Uğur welcomed us, we did not have any problems, he gave us the comfort that we could call about anything, we really felt like we were at home

Amazing stay here! Close by to everywhere we go, not even a min walk to the beach. Wish we had stayed our whole holiday here.

All the staff were very friendly. The rooms were exactly as shown in the photos, very artistic. The hotel also has a great ambience, nice pool, nicely decorated seating areas.

I am very happy we chose to stay here. The home and surrounding were beautiful. The host family were very friendly and welcoming. The view from the balcony was a real highlight. Even though the village is small their are market shops just 100m away where it is easy to get food/drink. Very close to some amazing beaches and view points. Would stay again. Would recommend. First of all, dear Ms. Keziban and her husband were very friendly and kind people. We had a very nice stay. The house was clean, the air conditioners were working efficiently. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, we felt like we were at home. The location was nice, you can reach Icmeler Beach in 10 minutes on foot. There is a delicious pita shop under the house, we ate dinner there every evening. Again, there are plenty of grocery stores in front of and near the house, you can easily access everything. Minibuses pass in front of the house, you can go to Marmaris center. In short, we had a very nice holiday, we had no problems. Can we come again? We will. Thank you for hosting us🙏

Very nice host and the place to stay in Marmaris! Amazing location 15-20 mins to the centre of Marmaris, nice walk by the beach! Cozy apartment, and terrace as well! Very much recommended!!

Meeting Yunus's family was great Super nice people are genuinely happy to meet guests!The house fully corresponds to the description Very clean and spacious ,a large street balcony on which we spent most of the day and evening of surroundings and landscapes like in a cinema , relax from fields and forests There is a bay nearby and you can rent a yacht,you can just swim in the shade of forests. There are not many people nearby a market with everything you need,prices are more expensive So everything you need is better to buy in advance. There are two dogs chickens and turkeys and all this in general makes the environment more rural and homely!I definitely recommend staying with Uncle Turan !!!

We had a pleasant holiday at Villa Solmaz. The house was spacious, spacious and really clean, which made us very comfortable. The garden was quite beautiful, but this situation causes you to encounter flies and bees from time to time. The location of the house is far from the sea, but if you have a car, it's no problem. Even if you don't have a car, Ms. Solmaz is very helpful in everything. It was also a separate beauty to have the opportunity to buy fresh vegetables from the greenhouses nearby. I recommend it for those who want a peaceful holiday in nature. In summary, I think it is the right choice for those who are looking for a peaceful and quiet holiday

It was very good. They were hospitable, the house is very nice and everything is available, if the weather is a little warmer, we could use the pool more efficiently, we would like to go again in hot weather

We had an absolutely lovely time staying here. It was a perfect home away from home and a great base for us to take little day trips around the region. The courtyard and common spaces of the complex had beautiful flowers and the restaurant by the pool was so handy. Speaking of, the PS5 was great to have on rainy days! Hakan was a wonderful host, always responsive and very helpful.

Very nice and always available host. Mr. Cem has taken great care of our well-being. We felt at home. We didn't mind the airplane noise from the airport next to it, was even rather interesting. The equipment of the apartment is new and nothing is superfluous. Would anyone who doesn't feel left out of the aircraft noise (when windows and doors are closed) would recommend the apartment. We had a great holiday Mr. Enver and Ms. Adile were very friendly and very interested. They were very interested in everything. Having a pool is a great advantage for families with children like us. The rooms are clean and our breakfast was very good. Our address is now clear to stay in Dalyan. I would recommend it to anyone.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out, though, was the incredible hospitality of the host - Ms. Müjgan. My flight was unexpectedly delayed, and the host graciously allowed me to stay later without any additional charge, which was a huge relief. This kind of flexibility and kindness made my experience even more enjoyable. I can’t recommend this place enough—perfect location, excellent communication, and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back!

The host, Ms. İlkay and Mr. Arif, were extremely understanding, helpful and friendly people. The house was immaculately clean and had everything you needed. It was very ideal for crowded families.
