Oldukça merkezi bir konumda, 5 dk yürüme mesafesiyle sahile, kafelere ve dolmuşlara ulaşabilirsiniz. Temizlik açısından hiçbir sorun yaşamadık ve iki kişinin ihtiyaçlarını karşılayacak derecede fonksiyonel ve minimal döşenmiş bir evdi. Ali bey çok kibardı ve her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Das Haus war wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Die statt ist schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar und viele verschiedene Strände können gut mit dem Auto besucht werden. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Ich kann das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Harika bir yer ve harika bir tatil geçirdik ve çok memnun kaldık doğayla iç içe her şey tertemiz evde herşey bulunuyordu. Mehmet Bey en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünmüş. Bir sorunumuz olduğunda hemen ve hızlı birşekilde bize dönüş yaptı. Bir tek havuz bir tık daha büyük olabilirdi fakat yinede çok güzeldi konumu havası yeri herşeyi güzeldi. Bir daha gidebileceğimiz ve kalabileceğimiz bir yer seneye görüşmek üzere. Bir şey daha söylemek istiyorum kafa dinlemek ve gerçekten şehrin gürültüsünden ve pisliğinden uzaklaşmak isteyip kafa dinleyeceğiniz tek yer bunu size en içten duygularımla söyleyebilirim herkese burayı tavsiye ederim... Olumlu yönler ; Ev tam fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi. Her yer çok temizdi. Havuz bakımlı ve güzeldi. Bahçe çok güzeldi hatta taze soğan toplayıp yemeklere kattık. Havlular ve yataklar çok temizdi. Sabah kalktığınızda kuş sesleri huzur veriyordu. Şömine ve mangal olması çok güzeldi. Gayet güvenli bir konumdaydı. Olumsuz yönler ; Bir şezlongun kilit sistemi kırıktı. Elim arasına sıkıştı ve parmağım ciddi hasar gördü. Jakuzinin fıskiyesi çalışmadı. İnternet bağlantısı hiç yok denecek kadar azdı. Gelişime açık yönler ; Havuzla sebzelerin arasındaki alan çok boş kalmış. Oraya da bir şeyler ekilebilir veya hareketlendirilebilir. Yan villalarda inşaat devam ettiği için gürültü geliyor.İnşaat bittikten sonra tercih edilebilir. Salondaki halı değiştirilebilir,lekeler var rahatsız ediyor. Navigasyon ile geleceklere tavsiyem önce Göcek’e gelip arka yoldan gelsinler. Dalaman tarafından girince yol inanılmaz bozuk. Tüm bunların dışında rahatlıkla tercih edilip gelinmesi gereken bir yer.

Kısacası herşey muhteşemdi. Konakladığımız yer çok temiz, heryere yakın ve Büşra hanımın annesi ile babası çok cana yakın insanlar. Bize yapabileceğimiz aktiviteler hakkında güzel tavsiyede bulundular ve sohbetleri de çok güzeldi. Birbirinden tatlı kedileri de unutmamalıyız tabi :) Kesinlikle tekrar tekrar geleceğimiz bir yer.

Kardelen Hanım çok ilgili bir ev sahibi. Her ihtiyacımıza hızlı çözüm sundu. Ev temiz ve anlatıldığı gibiydi. İkramları ve bebeğimiz için hızlı şekilde beşik temin ettiği için ayrıca teşekkürler.

Köpeğimle beraber keyifle kaldım. Evde ihtiyacım olan her türlü eşya mevcuttu. Bahçeden rahatça girip çıktım. Otopark mevcuttu ama sokak da park etmeye uygundu.

Big and clean apartment on the top floor, private neighbourhood, 2 balconies with a great view, we enjoyed our stay here!

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit der Unterkunft! Alles war super sauber, die Lage ist zentral und die Kommunikation lief reibungslos und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt – absolute Empfehlung! 🤗

All the staff were very friendly. The rooms were exactly as shown in the photos, very artistic. The hotel also has a great ambience, nice pool, nicely decorated seating areas.

I had a great stay at this apartment. The place was very clean, comfortable, and perfectly located — close to everything you might need. The host, Nadège, was especially friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. The neighborhood was also welcoming, and even the neighbors were kind and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Marmaris!

Gerçekte süper ev sahibi Oktay bey ve eşi çok iyi insanlar. Güler yüzlü çok sevecen insanlar. Sürekli olarak isteklerimizi sordular. Ev çok temizdi gönül rahatlığıyla kalabilirsiniz biz 7 kişi kaldık ve çok rahat ettik. Kendi evimizde kalma huzurunu yaşadık. Odaları, banyosu, mutfağı salonu çok kullanışlı. İlk fırsatta tekrar konaklayabileceğimiz bir yer.

Öncelikle Can beyin güler yüzlü ve samimi davranışından çok memnun kaldık. Evin konumu ambiansı ve temizliği gayet iyiydi. Bahçedeki havuz ve yeşillikler çok keyifli bir deneyim yaşatıyor. Mutfakta gerekli her malzeme bulunuyor. Tekrar Selimiye’ye geldiğimde kesinlikle konaklayacağım yer burası olacak.

We had an absolutely lovely time staying here. It was a perfect home away from home and a great base for us to take little day trips around the region. The courtyard and common spaces of the complex had beautiful flowers and the restaurant by the pool was so handy. Speaking of, the PS5 was great to have on rainy days! Hakan was a wonderful host, always responsive and very helpful.

Hola, Fuimos con niños por lo que prestamos mucha atención a la limpieza y este apartamento estaba impecable. Espero que siga así. A diferencia de otros alojamientos, éste tenía todo lo que necesitas para pasar los días( garrafa de agua, champú, café, pastillas de lavavajillas etc etc) Si tuviera que poner alguna pega, diría que la potencia del agua de la ducha no era muy fuerte, pero pudimos ducharnos correctamente. Para terminar, decir que los anfitriones fueron muy amables además nos dejaron entrar al apartamento antes de la hora prevista. Hasta pronto.

Hakki was the perfect host, very responsive and quick to help with any questions. The property was in a great location and felt very safe for our family. Turunc itself was very pretty and bit off the tourist path and felt very authentic. Great market open on a Monday just five minutes walk away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spacious property. Thanks again!

Leyla's apartment is super nice, crystal-clean, nice-smelling and very well situated since the public beach is 8-10 minutes away and the center of Marmaris and the Grand Bazaar are 5 minutes away. There is definitely a parking spot on premise well in the shade and safe. The apartment is on an elevated ground floor which makes it cool, it is surrounded by trees and bushes and it has a large balcony for rest and relaxation with a swing, breakfast or dinner maybe, and also clothes drying if needed. The big bed is super comfy, the linens and towels are white and fluffy, the only downside was the foldable couch which was not comfortable for sleeping. All in all, Leyla is indeed a super nice host and her place is just gorgeous. We definitely recommend it to all travelers as THE airbnb of Marmaris!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out, though, was the incredible hospitality of the host - Ms. Müjgan. My flight was unexpectedly delayed, and the host graciously allowed me to stay later without any additional charge, which was a huge relief. This kind of flexibility and kindness made my experience even more enjoyable. I can’t recommend this place enough—perfect location, excellent communication, and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back!

Situated in the old town of Marmaris this property is stunning the views over the marina are outstanding The property itself is very cosy well decorated and maintained to a high standard everything that you need for your stay is there three maybe four terraces available all with stunning views , easy access to the marina within 5mins walk , 5 mins walk to everywhere perfect location thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend
