Mrs. Fatoş and Mr. Cenk were really great hosts. They were very interested and kind from the reservation stage. They responded quickly to all our questions and helped us with everything during our stay. This made us feel very safe and comfortable. The house was quite clean and every detail was thoughtfully prepared. All necessary equipment was available for those who wanted to cook in the kitchen, we did not experience any deficiencies. When we first arrived, it was a great convenience for us to have things like water, dish detergent, cleaning supplies. The terrace was the most enjoyable part of the stay. It had a magnificent view; it was an unforgettable experience to have our breakfast there and watch the sunset in the evening. We had a lovely stay thanks to both the location of the house and the hospitality of the hosts. If we happen to come to this city again, we'd like to stay here again without thinking. Thank you very much for everything!

We can call it a clean, sparkling welcoming family run. The rooms are exactly the same as what you see in the photos. The location is in the middle of the wonderful sheep, so when you walk on both sides, you get tired at least with🤓 2 steps. You are already on the beach, the employees have a smile, they help us with everything we ask and their conversations were very nice. We fell in love with Selimia with the stillness of the sea, the nighttime stars, with the scenery of every hour. I feel very lucky to have met such a beautiful business as well. When we come to close the season, we will definitely stay at the same place again ❤️

The location is right on the beach. The people make this though, they are so lovely! Maybe we'll come back some day

We stayed for 1 night. The home was as described. Very close to the sea in terms of location. Due to Ms. Leyla's kindness and communication approach, we were able to get answers to our questions right away. A nice place to stop and relax in the Hisaronu location. Thank you.

Ms. Ayçıl and her uncle, Mr. Tuncay, were extremely kind, quality and caring people. They hosted us very nicely. Selimiye boat tour at sunset with their own boats was very enjoyable. And thank you for that. The location of the house was very nice, you go to the sea in ten steps. I think the sea is the most beautiful sea in the region. It is shallow and ideal for children.. It is much nicer to swim in the morning and evenings. It has a warm sea. It is a resort that has not lost its naturalness. You are vacationing in the village, but there is everything you need. We had a beautiful four days in a calm and peaceful environment where we enjoyed being with beautiful people we were happy to meet. Would recommend to anyone who wants to come.

Bi’Yer is located in a very beautiful street, full of restaurants, cafes and bars. What I liked a lot is the people there. They all were super friendly, kind and cool. Especially the way the dogs and cats been treated. My stay was very comfortable. The room was very clean and beautifully furnished. I had all amenities listed, even a little backyard for me. I slept very well. Obviously it was louder in the evening, due to the location, but that was what I was prepared for. I’d definitely go back. Best Cigdem

We would like to thank Özgür Hanım for offering a peaceful and comfortable holiday. The house is immaculately clean and comfortable. We had a pleasant time in the garden. You don't have a parking problem for the car, which is one of the most important things in Selimiye. Walking distance to the beaches.

I would highly recommend this home in Gocek! It is scenic and located within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. The location is also close to the airport and other local attractions. The host is super responsive, and all information is clearly communicated. We plan to visit Gocek again, and hopefully, this place is available for our stay!

Location house everything was just great !

We stayed with 4 people and were very satisfied. The place is very central, inside the bazaar and very close to restaurants. The house was very clean and had everything we could need, towels, etc. Thank you to Mr. Nurhat for recommending places to visit during our stay.

We really enjoyed the holiday in the villa. We will be happy to come back! A few minor renovations should be done. The driveway is a bit adventurous because it's so steep, but after a few trips it doesn't stand out anymore. The environment is totally beautiful, a rental car is recommended, so you can quickly get to Dalaman, Ortaca and all the beautiful beaches in the area.

Osman’s villa was the ideal home for our gathering of family and friends. Steps from the main strip of restaurants, bars and shopping. The river at our doorstep, and the main beach and port just a pleasant few 100m walk. Osman could not have been a better host. Throughout our stay our party continued to grow in number and Osman was always attentive and quick to respond to our every request for additional linens, towels, etc. He is an excellent host and you are in good hands with him here in Akyaka. We will definitely be back!

The house is in a beautiful place as a location. It is very easy to get to the sea and you can also spend time in the sunbeds of the house. The only problem is that the mains water is a little salty, otherwise it is a house that I can choose to stay in the sogut. Ms. Seda is a caring host. Thanks again...

I’ve stayed at Ahmet’s place a couple of times now. Ahmet is a great host, helping with luggage on arrival, checking in appropriately throughout the stay to ensure everything was ok. Checkout was easy. Ahmet’s place is in a fantastic location in the centre of the Marina, surrounded by great restaurants ( shout out to Cafe Gusta for the great food, service and discount :-) ), and it’s easy to walk to everywhere (the Marina is vehicle free after 11.00). Despite being in the centre of the Marina there is never any noise disturbance, and I had a great sleep every night. The outside space is great, with 2 Sunbed with cushions, bench, table and chair. The views are great, straight out to the sea and bay on both sides. I’ll definitely be returning, thanks Ahmet for a great stay.

We stayed for 2 nights as four people (two couples), everything was better than we expected. The house was spotless, the rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished. There was air conditioning, but the ceiling fans were enough because the weather was cool. The kitchen had everything we needed, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator were all brand new. The sea view from the balcony was great, the surroundings are very calm, only the sound of waves can be heard in the evening. The beach is in 2 minutes on foot, and several grocery stores are a 5-minute drive away. The internet was very good, and the smart TV with YouTube was also enjoyable. We prepared our breakfast and dinner at home every day. The host, Ms. Ayten, was very sweet and caring, acting like our mother. He even let us pick lemons from his garden. There were very cute cats in the house, we loved them too. It was a really peaceful and pleasant holiday, we would definitely recommend it!

Mr. Salim was very kind, very welcoming. He resolved any issues right away. In particular, Mr. Salim's parents came every day and asked if we needed anything. We had everything we needed at home. Many places around where we could shop and eat were just a few minutes away by car. It was a nice experience, we think we'll come back.

Amazing stay here! Close by to everywhere we go, not even a min walk to the beach. Wish we had stayed our whole holiday here.
