Little Nook - Lytham St Annes/Blackpool/Preston

Little Nook is the separate detached barn annexe adjacent to our home, Three Nooks. In the distant past it used to be a chicken shed. There are no neighbours save for a herd of cows and is a very peaceful, private place. Towards the rear is a hot tub, a small seating area and arbour with benches and a table. There are wonderful uninterrupted views across the fields from the balcony and a view down the driveway through the round window. Peace and quiet reign. SkySports, box sets and Netflix.

Where 3 country pubs and 2 restaurants can be enjoyed. The house is equal walking distance to Croston’s small railway station, with regular links to Preston, Ormskirk and Liverpool. There is parking directly outside the front of property. You can relax in the sunny secluded South West facing garden which comes equipped with garden furniture.

A beautiful house nestled in the centre of the historic village of Croston. Built in 1863, this gorgeous retreat is just opposite the village green, which is home to two dog-friendly country pubs, two restaurants and a whole host of other options such as luxury pizzas, curries and Thai food. The fish and chips are not to be missed! The house has a lovely south facing enclosed garden. There is a key box at the front door so you can arrive at any time.
