The apartment is located in one of the most popular neighborhoods in Cologne, the "Belgian Quarter" right by the city garden. Due to the direct parking location and the location of the apartment in the courtyard, it is absolutely quiet here. Free, reserved parking is available right in front of the private, separate entrance. The apartment is spacious, has extra-high ceilings and is modernly furnished. Our "walnut hut" is located near the Listertalsperre on our property at a small pond. The cottage is newly renovated in 2021 and can be lived in all year round. Nature lovers will find numerous hiking trails, sports enthusiasts offers such as horseback riding at the in-house riding facility, water sports at the Listertalsperre, climbing or skiing.
