Here you can stay in a small detached house with 1000 sqm fenced property and distant views over the Ober-Bergisches Land. The cottage is furnished in vintage style and has a fireplace in addition to electric heating. A kitchen newly built in 2022 with fridge, dishwasher, induction, oven, and everything else you might need, outdoor grill, covered terrace. Towels and bowls are available for dogs. Hiking from the house is possible for hours.

The stylish and high-quality furnished apartment offers a quiet atmosphere and is ideal for short as well as long stays. It is deliberately located away from the hustle and bustle and allows relaxing days, while Bad Neuenahr and Ahrweiler can be reached in a few minutes. A special highlight is the private sauna for exclusive use. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to use. Laundry can also be washed, dried and ironed if needed.

The apartment basically presents itself as an independent small house. On the ground floor is the spacious living / dining kitchen with attached living room. The staircase leads to the upper floor with great views of nature. There are also the two bedrooms, as well as a bathroom with shower.
