A big supermarket is a 3-minute walk from the house, and a hiking trail to Vrmac Mountain is a 5-minute walk. The House location is easy to find if you come with your own car. If you arrive by bus, you can reach us in 15 minutes' walk. A local bus station is right in front of the house, if you want to reach Perast-Risan (2€).

Tivat lovely cosy studio

Welcome to our cozy and well-appointed studio. You will find everything you need for a peaceful stay. Everything is within walking distance: The bus station, a supermarket, a top fruit and vegetable seller, a bakery/cafe for the morning. The first beach (our favorite!) is 10 minutes away on foot, the city center of Tivat is 3 minutes away by car (20 minutes on foot). Don't hesitate if you have any organizational or other questions :)

The place is worth the money. Spacious, well-furnished apartment, with a great view. Air conditioning in every room. Free parking and swimming pool. If you're driving, you can easily get to the store or the beach. The disadvantages include the lack of an elevator in the house (my apartment #9 was on the 4th floor). The hostess helped with everything, was kind. She gave me the number of a verified auto mechanic and printed out the documents. Thanks for your help. Before check-in, there was a geolocation problem (we were looking for accommodation for a long time). This is essentially the only fly in the ointment. Overall, my rating is 9 out of 10 points.

Nice experience for us.. Before check in host prepared every thing for as including AC was turned on, Basic things in fridge(beer, water, juice, chocolate )....room is spacious as described. we regrate that we could only explore the surrounding by one day, beautiful and calm beach and a monestry just near the property (walking distance)

The house was clean and spacious, providing a very comfortable environment. The location was also quiet and peaceful. The host, Mirela, was extremely helpful, and our communication was always quick. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely choose it again.
