The apartment is located in the attic above the seafront, not far from the city center. It also has 2 bedrooms, a spacious furnished balcony, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, 1.5 bathrooms that are equipped with a washing machine, shower and a hairdryer. Our studio apartment is just next to the sea. The closest beach is only 2 minutes walk, while city beach is approximately 7 min walk. The interior is simple but cosy, with breathtaking view from the terrace wich gives you the 'sitting on the boat' experience. You have very good restaurant that works until 2 am, few shops and loads of caffe bars on approx. 7 minutes walk distance, old town of Split on approx 15 minutes by car (or 30 by local bus)

Evala - Authentic Split Old Town apt.

Apartment Evala is placed in the city center, area Veli Varoš - old part of the town. It is really close to all tourist attractions (parks, art and culture, restaurants and dining, beaches... ). If you decide to book our place, you will have everything you need on the walking distance, including main port, bus station and train station. The nearest public garage is 3 minutes walking away, and there are also few public parkings in the area.

Enjoy visiting Split in little sweet apartment who is situated in new building. Close to apartment there is bus station and the bus will drive you directly to center for 15 minutes. Big shopping center is also very close, just 7 minutes walking and in area of 50m of the apartment you can find bakery, markets, caffe bar and pharmacy. Important note! If you come by car, you will find a public parking lot near the apartment
