Small country cottage *SUPER KING BED*

AgyRating, 5 stars1 month ago
My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage. It was spotless, cozy, and even more spacious than the photos suggest. The bed was super comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and I loved the proper strong hairdryer—ladies, you’ll get it! It was the perfect base for exploring County Mayo, with a lovely local pub just 5 minutes away. We’d happily recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!
A well-appointed bathroom features a white sink and toilet set against soft beige and wooden paneling. Natural light enters through a nearby window. A circular mirror hangs above the sink, complemented by a framed nature-themed artwork on the wall. Toilet paper is neatly arranged nearby.

Bohans Barn

RachelRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Myself and my husband booked Bohans Barn for our 10th Wedding anniversary in August as a little romantic getaway. The house was just outstanding, we really enjoyed the peace and quiet and the privacy. Having breakfast in the garden looking out over the fields, watching the beautiful horses in the morning mist and the wild deer in the evening sunlight was just magical. In the evening we would light a fire in the kitchen whilst making dinner, then retreat to the lounge in front of the fire and listen to records, it was the life you always want to lead but are always too busy to do so back at home. The house was spotless, 3 excellent bedrooms with huge comfy beds, excellent heating, clean bathrooms and stunning views from every angle. There is so much to do in the local area we couldn't fit it all in. Ballycroy national Park has several wonderful hikes, the purple loop was best in my opinion. Try the seaweed baths at the ice house balinia, very nice. Ceide fields is a must as is Achill

Kilcummin Coastal View

We spent a wonderful family reunion at Di’s house which was perfect for everyone with plenty of space. Beautiful views and so peaceful. Very tastefully decorated & furnished. Marvellous kitchen - we cooked both nights and it was easy - lovely big cooker & fridge! Comfy beds which we enjoyed after swimming at the breathtaking beach just round the corner along with a few pints in Bessie’s Bar. Can thoroughly recommend this lovely house …… you won’t be disappointed

This is it - Along the Coast

AudreyRating, 5 starstoday
Spectacular location. Spacious and very comfortable, great to have two bathrooms. Accessibility to fabulous beach and coastline was such a bonus although just sitting outside listening to the bird song and the changing light on the landscape was wonderful. Sara and LaVerne were very responsive and we were so touched by the bottle of bubbly and card for my mums birthday, thank you 🙏 .. All in all a wonderful weekend-wish we had stayed for longer.

We have just returned from a two night stay in John’s stunning country house. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The area is so peaceful and we particularly loved the private garden overlooking the countryside. We would highly recommend John’s place and we will certainly be back!
