Access to the villa from the private parking area is convenient thanks to an elevator. The property is on two levels; from the large parking area you can already be fascinated by the enchanting panorama and up a staircase lined with white flowers beds, you enter the first terrace / solarium shaded by a majestic pergola; you can relax in total privacy and quiet in the heated whirlpool jacuzzi in both summer and winter, on the other side a beautiful new semi-covered garden. A few stairs separate the lower floor. Here another large terrace, great for dining during the wonderful summer evenings serenaded by cicadas and unique sunsets, an area where you can take advantage of the barbecue or even experiment your cooking with an authentic wood-burning oven. There is only fun to be had! The interiors are spacious, the living room is comfortable, the 2 double bedrooms with balcony are perfect to wake up in the morning to a breath-taking view... the sun it penetrates from the terrace in front of you and warms you gently. Then a small single room, perfect for kids and another double bed room with a little window. Villa San Giuseppe is a charming detached house of 120 sqm, capable of accommodating seven people, which is located in Furore, a small town on the Amalfi Coast considered one of ‘The most beautiful villages in Italy’. It is surrounded by nature, tranquility and peace that always attract people looking for relaxation. The Villa has three double bedrooms (one of them has a single bed 80 cm/32 inches in addition), two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a dining room and a fireplace corner. The bedrooms are really spacious (beds are 160 cm/ 62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and two of them, together with the living room, are exposed to the long sea view terrace where you can seat and have a sweeping view of the sea and of the picturesque hills of Furore. The third bedroom is exposed to the small side terrace and has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a wash basin, a toilet, a bathtub with fixed shower head, a wall hair dryer and a washing machine.
