The 700 square feet of deck offers a great viewing for sunsets and wildlife.

Great views, come escape the summer heat & lay on the deck, hike, read, watch a video, cook. We work a lot and play a lot. We love well behaved pets that get along with other animals. This is a serenity zone. Great for easy access to all the 14ers around here and quaint towns. Close to Breckenridge. In South Park!
