We have one bedroom located off the front verandah and one bedroom accessible from the back entry and two bedrooms within the home, great for two families, giving people their own space. Surrounded by 74 acres, only 5 minutes from Albany CBD. There is a large farmhouse kitchen, beautifully furnished areas. On balmy nights you can huddle around a cosy fire pit under the stars roasting marshmallows and relaxing with a glass of wine

In town, off grid, healthy stay.

Separate entrance from hosts. Only filtered rain water (including showers), non chemical soaps, washing materials, off grid (battery) power, so no failures, organic breakfast foods. No microwave oven but have an electric oven, fry pan & rice/porridge cooker & wifi is available. Large TV with sporting and movie channels available. We have a renovated home, over 100 yrs old, with real character. Please be careful with water usage as we have only rain water, but sufficient for the whole year.

Lovely 3 bedroom cottage on a 15acre property

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Situated 3km to city centre, has bikepaths to both Middleton beach and Emu Point. Clean, comfortable with heaps of room for the kids to play. Offers a large dam with kayaks and a paddleboat which is always a hit. A firepit and a bbq at night to finish off the day. We now offer the propertys grounds for weddings.
