Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Mount Hotham

It was such a perfect little spot, nestled into the bush with lots of space to roam… but close enough to Bright to gather the essentials. And right on the doorstep of Mount Buffalo National Park!

We had a lovely family weekend at Willy Wagtails. It is a beautiful, light filled home in a peaceful setting. The large open living/dining/kitchen was perfect for evenings together. We loved the open fire! The house was very clean and very comfortable and had everything we needed. Linda was a great communicator. Thank you.

Had a beautiful stay at The Glen. The autumn colours were stunning each window you looked out of. Cosy at night time, we enjoyed the open fire, as well as the outdoor fireplaces. Having the river in walking distance was a special treat. Perfect spot to relax, but to also use as a launchpad to the nearby areas of Rutherglen, Beechworth and Bright. Was a perfect escape.

Our stay at Jack's place was enhanced by the lovely view and the quiet area the house is in. it served all our needs and the fire box was a lovely luxury.

Don’t hesitate to stay at this very comfortable & convenient air bnb. On a road with a bit of traffic, not a highway, but whisper quiet inside. Walkable to town, about 15mins. Central heating & cooling. Great hosts. Across road from lovely walking areas & near bike trails.

Have stayed here a couple of times and always feel really welcome by the family. Great experience.

Martine’s farm house is in a beautiful location very peaceful and quiet. The farm house is very clean and comfy with heaters in the rooms and a fire place in the lounge its easily kept warm on cold nights, with lots of games and books for the kids. Martine is a friendly host being very easy to communicate with.

We loved our stay with Melinda at Creekside. The place is cosy and inviting. It is tucked away on the creek - as the name suggests - which provides privacy and is peacefully quiet, yet it is still very close to cafes, pubs, restaurants and supermarkets. Melinda is a friendly host with great communication. I'd highly recommend anyone to come and stay if you are ever visiting Mansfield. Top notch.

Excellent value for money. Pleasant stay in the heart of Falls Creek. Spacious for 6 guests. Thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Wow what a gorgeous place. If I could give Miss Lucy's 6 stars I would. I absolutely loved my stay here. The space is so beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Terrific little kitchen, exquisite bathroom , extraordinarily comfortable bed with quality linen. Not to mention, a location central to Beechworth and access to all the fabulous cafes and shops. I loved everything about this place and would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you for creating such a beautiful space.

We had a relaxing week at the "Shearer's Hut" quiet and beautiful scenery.

We had a fantastic stay at Peak 202 over Easter for a family wedding—John was a wonderful host and the apartment was perfect. Just steps from the village and Chamois ski run, the location couldn’t be better. The views from the floor-to-ceiling windows were stunning, and the space was warm, welcoming, and well-equipped. Our family felt completely at home with three spacious bedrooms, a spa bath, drying room, full laundry, and a great kitchen with everything from a Nespresso machine to a dishwasher. The gas fireplace, Smart TVs, free WiFi, and heated balcony with BBQ made it extra cozy and convenient. Keyless entry and thoughtful extras like games and a secure parking space really stood out. Everything was spotless, stylish, and designed with comfort in mind. Thanks, John, for a memorable and seamless stay—we’ll definitely return to Peak 202!

an amazing place, very well furnished. A perfect holiday place, ideal for a big group. kids will love the place too. has a clean pool n a play area. Enough of indoor games n books :-) for a peaceful read, sitting with birds in the balcony overlooking the town, the cloud clad hills. would love to visit in spring /summer again. thank you, Phil.

Enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful with amazing views. A short walk to the town which was beautiful as we got to take in the scenery. Will definitely be staying again!

We had the most wonderful stay. Everything was just perfect we had 8 people staying over the weekend and it still felt like so much space for everyone. The place its self is just out of town, and it's very peaceful but close enough to be in town in minutes or only a short ride away. The views from the house were stunning and the house its self had everything we needed for a fantastic weekend away. I could not recommend this place more, I think we will be back again for sure, Thanks for having us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 days at Panoramia Villas. Beautiful views, quiet, and the most comfortable beds. Very spacious and perfect for 2 couples. Would definitely return some day and stay longer.

great spot, very close to everything and loads of space. better than a lot of the options available nearby which were mostly hotels or motels or the winery accommodation down the road - all looked cramped in comparison. Michelle was very proactive in recommending places to go and we felt very welcomed! Will stay here again next time we are in rutherglen
