Located on Mount Desert Islands, "Quietside". The cottage features high ceilings and an open floor plan, with a small deck looking into the woods The walls are decorated with original art work by the owner. Our location is central to the island, situated just outside the village of Somesville; 15 minutes to Bar Harbor, 10 minutes to Southwest Harbor by car. Hiking and swimming opportunities are just 5 minutes away by car. The Arthaus is not suitable for pets, despite our love for them.

Our family is excited to share our tiny house with you! Located on our artist collective farm, this is our favorite place on earth. It’s off grid, cottage core, and has a beautiful & fragrant cedar sauna. We are 27 minutes from Acadia National Park and surrounded by truly gorgeous local beaches. We offer super comfy beds, an outdoor shower, twinkle lights, summer nights filled with fireflies, bright maples in the fall, and cozy winter movie nights in a bed alcove like on a boat.

Enjoy a peaceful walk down the quiet family friendly street its nestled on, or quickly arrive at all the areas attractions. The house is located in Ellsworth Maine and although shops, restaurants, local lakes, Acadia National Park and area attractions are only a quick drive away, the home feels soothing, very safe, secluded and welcoming to all.

Bar Harbor Condos- Apt D

Our condominiums were built in 2020 and are located in the heart of downtown Bar Harbor. The condos are impeccably clean and beautifully decorated with brand new furnishings. There is ONE off street parking space per unit. There is a shared laundry room and excellent wifi also. *****Please consider getting travel insurance when making your reservation, this is a small property, and how we make our living, Airbnb does offer it and unfortunately situations do come up.

Just a stone's throw (literally) from Main St and a minute walk down the street to the ocean and Bar Harbor's famous Shore Path. Meadow Point cottage is located on a very quiet five acre property with panoramic views of Frenchman's Bay and Mount Desert Island. It takes about thirty minutes to drive over to MDI and Acadia National Park. The property has a private beach for kayaking and woods with a picnic area and fire pit. It is a wonderful spot for walking and viewing wildlife; ducks, eagles, shore birds, seals and deer.
