Having the best position of all the units in this complex makes this a very quiet, budget friendly and private location to enjoy. My top priority is the guests enjoyment. This updated, regularly booked unit with Netflix has a fully equipped useable kitchen and also there is plenty of parking available, even a large trailer can easily fit. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, spacious holiday villa by the beach. Listen to the waves from the front door or take the path and walk the 2 minutes to the beach. There is a bike path that leads one way to Middleton Beach and the other way to Emu Point. Albany Golf Club is also a short walk and non members are welcome.
