We thoroughly enjoyed Amy’s place!! We, as a group go to Road America every year for motorcycle races. The house that we usually rent was taken this year, and we found this gem!! First off, the house is gorgeous, Amy has made a truly relaxing space. The landscaping is beautiful, and it is just as enjoyable and calming to be outside as it is in. The beds were comfortable as was the furniture throughout the house. Honestly, the pictures don’t really do it justice. Oh and Amy has a surprise for you. I won’t ruin it, but she takes great pride in the community and her home and it shows. Although this was not our regular place to stay we all agreed that this is where we want to come back to.

We usually don’t book rooms within a home, but with limited options during a busy race weekend at Road America, we tried this place—and it was a pleasant surprise! The suite is spacious, clean, and comfortable, and having coffee and cream provided was a thoughtful touch. Mike and Katie were awesome hosts—friendly, helpful, and full of local suggestions. The location was perfect too—just 15 minutes from the track. Would definitely stay again!

Was traveling solo and found the Carriage house to be easy to find and get into thanks to Lori's instructions. The finishes (countertops, window blinds, shower) are so lovely. It's nice to be able to enjoy a place that doesn't look like every other boring AirBnB. The bed was comfortable and the neighborhood was so quiet and walkable. The book of instructions and recommendations was a great resource. I had a few hours to relax in between activities and had a fun, cozy time watching a movie, listening to the gentle rain outside and enjoying some homemade treats provided by the hosts. When the sun came out, the neighbors could be seen walking their dogs, gathering together at local spots, and enjoying the lake. I can't wait to come back in the Fall.

Pat and Val are friendly and responsive hosts. Even with a full house, the room was quiet and felt private, and the expansive lawn and views over the river are so peaceful. The dog loved it, too!
