The unit is attached to our shed, it has 1 bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/lounge with excellent indoor outdoor flow. There is also access to Pen Bay pool with hot tub and gym 900m from the house. Mountain bike tracks start 100metres in front of the house and the lake is just 500metres down the back.
