This cosy cottage is in the small township of Corryong in NE Victoria. The Cottage was built by Ernest Paton in the 1940's. The Paton family is a well known grazing family in this district. The house has obviously undergone many changes. The house has been in my family for 50+ years. I grew up in this house and still call it home. I hope you love my home as much as I do. I've named the cottage after my parents, Elio & Aida, hence ELIDA.

This was our second visit and We loved our stay! The cottage is so cozy and has so many fine details that make the stay so comfortable. The host was very responsive and also kind enough to give offer us an extra night since we arrived well past midnight. We would love to make this an annual visit if we can!

stayed at Marianne's lighthouse to break up the drive from Melbourne to Wollongong. Place was on the main road so no major detour and great space for us with our two little kids.

Thankyou so much Judith for your hospitality The surroundings in Cudgewa were amazing Heaps of walking done Coffee is great in Corryong as you said.

We spent the Easter long weekend at this stunning cottage in Talmalmo, NSW, and it was an unforgettable experience. Set right by a serene river and surrounded by olive trees and cattle, the setting was picture-perfect — calm, green, and incredibly peaceful. The cottage had 4 spacious bedrooms and comfortably fit our whole family - 7 adults and a baby. It had everything we needed for a cozy and relaxing stay, with enough space for everyone to feel at home. The outdoor space was just as beautiful, ideal for morning coffees, evening chats, and watching the cattle graze nearby. Spending quality time with my parents and family in such a tranquil setting made the holiday extra special. It was the perfect spot to slow down, reconnect, and soak up the natural beauty around us.
