Vacation rentals with a pool in Mount Alexander Shire

This property was absolutely amazing inside and out. The table tennis table, pool and spa made this property even more outstanding. Would definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Corvah House in Castlemaine with our extended family, including young children. The house was beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend. The highlight was definitely the pool—an absolute lifesaver on a hot weekend! With ample grass area outside too, the the kids loved it which meant we could relax too. Donna was an excellent host—her communication was fantastic, making everything smooth and stress-free. We’d highly recommend Corvah House to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Castlemaine.

Had a really enjoyable stay here! My favourite accomodation on this trip in fact across four different airbnbs. The house was in great shape, and the surroundings were beautiful with wild kangeroos hopping around. Cozy fireplace which made it enjoyable for stargazing. Couches and lounge areas were very comfortable to relax in. A good place to unwind for peace and serenity if you wish to be away from the bustling cities.

We returned for another gorgeous mini break and love this extraordinary house and rural outlook with dog friendly spaces. Short drive to great local cafe ☕️ and pub and a bit further for wineries walking trails and country gifts John is a wonderful host.

This house was super cute and quirky! Is an old house and it has all the charm that comes with it. Super short walk to PUB and General Store… Would Love to come back

We stayed with another couple and their young child and this house was perfect for our needs. The house is clean, spacious and really funky in its 1970s decor. We spent hours lounging and chatting on the comfy leather couches. If we were a little more courageous we would have braved an icy plunge in the pool and sauna - we will just have to come back in Summer instead. We cooked in the kitchen and had everything we needed. We walked to the shops each day (5 minute walk) and were spoilt for choice with cafes, restaurants and interesting shops. The record player and speakers in the ceiling were a hit. Jo was a helpful and super-responsive host and her house rules are very entertaining. An enormous amount of thought has gone into curating a true 1970s experience, where comfort, functionality and style are paramount. Before we left our friends insisted on a 1970s photo shoot! Highly recommend.

Incredible location, house and surrounds. Totally private, isolated and with amazing views in all directions. Super spacious and able to walk around the rolling hills and dam and with kangaroos hoping past in the evening. Would highly recommend staying here, and hope to come again!

It was such a pleasure to spend the long weekend at this beautiful home. Stunning views, especially at sunrise!Great barbecue facilities and outdoor settings combined well with the pool. The home was tastefully decorated with plenty of room and amenities for a family. A short walk into town was an added benefit. Many thanks Linda.
