Fairbank House for a couple, group, or celebration

CarolynRating, 5 stars2 months ago
This house has a lovely big garden wrapped around it, a great covered deck to eat outside on and the beds and linen were so comfortable! The gourmet hamper was full of really delicious local ingredients, very thoughtful and generous. Fairbank is a very pretty house with the right combination of comfort and history. We felt welcome and well looked after. We hope to visit again.

STONE EDGE-North Cottage

AthinaRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Jackie and David were perfect hosts: friendly, communicative and responsive. Stone Edge - North Cottage was nestled among beautiful gardens, surrounded by peaceful bush. Our four night stay was wonderful! The cottage was generously stocked with everything we could possibly need (plentiful eggs, bread, fruit, biscuits and more); fresh flowers and music made us feel welcomed! It was only a 15 minute walk to the botanic gardens and very close to The Mill. We will definitely be back. (Perhaps next time we’ll stay in the south cottage - David showed me around - it was also gorgeous!) Thank you Jackie and David for ensuring our stay was so enjoyable!

Cowling Cottage

ElizabethRating, 5 stars4 days ago
We had a fabulous stay at Cowling Cottage. Caitlin was an excellent host who communicated well and our check-in was easy and straight forward. The place was super stylish with a fabulous bath and the heating worked well (important in the middle of winter) so we were very cosy indeed. We also liked being able to stroll down the hill to the Railway Hotel and (if it had been open) the Bridge Hotel as well. A great weekend in beautiful Castlemaine!

Secluded and Self-contained retro farmhouse.

AlbinaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We stayed for two nights at Marg’s place and loved every bit.We spent most of our time in longer in front of the fireplace which kept up warm, watching the kangaroos .The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed our meals there. The place is very well fenced but as we had huskies who can’t be trusted off leash,we kept them on lead. There is a lot of area to walk around and explore .

Haven on Barkers Cottage Self contained

SuzyRating, 5 stars3 months ago
We loved our stay at Judi’s Bed and Breakfast. We had everything we needed plus more! Our 7 month old was very comfortable and also enjoyed the amazing spa. Food was delicious (freshly baked bread, cheese cake, banana bread and fruit galore) with an array of drinks (tea, coffee, juice, fresh milk, cold water and port!). The beds were comfortable and cooling perfect. My husband was obsessed with the little putting green and my son loved the scenery/animals.

VillaNova B&B Easter long weekend Getaway

JamesRating, 5 stars12 months ago
Villa Nova was the perfect little getaway for my partner and I, and we were sad to have to check out and say goodbye to it! Everything from the welcome antipasto platter, breakfast basket and other goods in the fridge, to the thoughtful firewood provided for the fireplace, extra blankets for the cold and Kathy's warm welcome just made our weekend unforgettable. The conversion from church to B&B is impeccable, the bathroom and kitchen were pristine, the place had everthing we needed and was amazingly clean and comfortable. Kathy was the most thoughtful, friendly and communicative host - she made us feel right at home from the time we booked. The gated yard was perfect for our dog as well, and we can't wait to visit this peaceful sanctuary again, sometime soon. Thank you so much for the lovely stay, Kathy and Rob!
