The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, bedroom with bathtub and garden. Ideally located, in addition to the wine landscapes you can easily go to Bordeaux, the Arcachon Bay or Dordogne. My place is located on the main street of Castillon-la-Bataille, close to shops. You have a private entrance to the living room, kitchenette with everything you need to prepare your meals. Upstairs is a bedroom (bed will be made) and opposite is the bathroom (towels available). You are 10 minutes from St Emilion, 45 minutes from Bordeaux and less than two hours from Sarlat.
