Our trulli are close to Martina Franca, Locorotondo and Alberobello (8 km). The whole guest house called "il Colle del noce" is composed of two houses: "Ulivo" and "Ciliegio", which can be rent individually as from this announcement. You can also rent them both from "trulli il Colle del noce+piscina" announcement. The sea is 30 km from our place. The rental is fantastic for families and groups. You'll love my trulli for the beautiful pool and garden, where you'll relax between the olives trees.

Located in the center and in the Sassi di Matera districts, this 1800s house retains the original structure of the building but is equipped with all modern amenities and air conditioning. It is full of light and offers a fantastic view of the Sassi, which can be enjoyed from the characteristic balcony where you can dine or have breakfast. Both free and paid street parking and paid parking lots are available within a few minutes' walk, which cost from €10 to €25 for the entire day.

"Quercus" is a 19th century building, located in the historic center of Alberobello, within the magnificent setting of the trulli (typical local buildings and UNESCO heritage site). The apartment consists of two double bedrooms, each with a private and independent bathroom, and a kitchenette.
